they dont hurt you, but its harder than sans if you try to dodge A L L of them.
The hardest part is the wheels and the scrolling credits in lines, that damn long one that only shows up halfway before you hit it sucks

by “valves”, do you mean the boost pads or the background things? neither seem very interesting
The whole fight is scripted so it probably wouldn't be easy, if even possible to add elements of it to other fights without problems

New people come into a fandom all the time. Something being well-known doesn't mean EVERYONE knows about it.
I was AWARE this was a thing, I just never accomplished it myself or looked up what was inside the room.

nothing, you just won't die
if you increase your hp excessively by save files when you are lv 1, the game sets it to 35 as soon as you encounter a monster. and the game will be softlocked when you meet toriel in front of her house as her dialogue changes based on the status of your hp. (she has different dialogue if you are below your max hp or at your max hp, but doesn't have any for being above max hp.)

That's impossible in Vanilla Undertale, as Toby (or the small white dog/annoying dog) doesn't have a battle coded in for him.

Who is "all?" Just because it's a popular secret doesn't mean hundreds have never heard of it. That's why all those screencapped comments were asking for it.
I knew of how to open the door, but I had never actually done it and seen what was inside so this video was helpful to me.

Most people know about the room by now, and because you haven't, please go watch a video or browse a wiki that shows all of the hidden easter eggs in Undertale, rather than finding it out (and asking about it, as many people did) through a channel about learning things through hacking games. No offense meant by this, but it is kind of ridiculous that so many people asked for this video, considering it's pretty well-known easter egg.

This is well known, but it was a nice detail to show that the door remains open after reset. Didn't know that.
Note that Genocide DOES reset it, so you'll have to do it again after completing a genocide route

Look up the xkcd comic "Ten thousand." Just because it's common knowledge to you doesn't mean EVERYONE knows about it.
Maybe they're new to the fandom. Maybe they only played the game once or twice and didn't even get into the fandom. There are tons of reasons why someone might not know about this easter egg.

Ruined it in the second half, completely agree otherwise.

So even assuming 99% of players know about this, that still leaves 35 thousand people who don't. And that's from 2018. We can assume that as the game ages the things that are common knowledge to the OG fans are not going to be as known to newer fans or ones that didn't get deep into the fandom.

Well known =/= EVERYONE knows. Someone is always only going to be hearing about this for the first time.
On the first stage, the easiest way to dodge is just repeating side 8s to the right (like the hp sign)

Kes, is it possible that you're running Out of ideas And Go Back to show vanilla Things? I mean, It's hard since You showed us many things but as an example, You could dig into the actual Background of the Game. If You drag the Background You normally see away, as Like at the inn, You can see Things like sprites for Snowdin. Also, You can see an unsused version of the mettaton hotel entrance. The Video from "boundary break" can make You understand more of what i meant.

Okay, it's not as unique a concept as their other ideas, but as we see from the screencaps asking for it it's a unique concept to all those asking. Showing this doesn't mean they're out of ideas.

@@Soup-Boot There have been others. One is buying the really expensive stuff from Muffet. Would take a crap load of grinding but it's possible. The other is whether you can see Papyrus's date HUD switch from daytime to nighttime and vice-versa.
They recently posted a video about TOUCHING all credits. Stands to reason they'd do the reverse for AVOIDING all credits for those that either aren't aware, or those that have forgotten what it says. I'm in the latter camp. It's been so long since I saw it I didn't remember anything about the room or what it says.

This confused me because ofc, you can dodge all the credits name if you want, I know new people didn't know this is an Easter egg but it's pretty obvious because there should be a way to dodge attacks and no hit.
