    Not pregnant but I love slow and stretchy prenatal yoga. Just what this aging 54 yr old postmenopause body needed...love the piano music...calming and peaceful...thankyou Paula.☮💖

    What a lovely, relaxing practice! I'm 37 weeks along and have been having a lot of pelvic pressure and achiness, this definitely helped. I also appreciated that this prenatal practice did not talk about the baby the whole time as have most others I've tried; of course I'm excited about the baby but at this point in my pregnancy sometimes I'm sick of feeling like nothing but a vessel for someone else, and I just want to focus on ME for a change!

    It’s my 39th week and I must say that this sequence is for one of those days which you don’t feel much energy but want to keep moving to benefit the stretches and mood balancing of yoga practice. In my earlier weeks, it seemed too boring (too easy, too slow, etc.) to follow but I knew the time would come and yes, it did. I’m happy to have kept this on my playlist. Namaste.
