@@NightlyWatch In AI it's a common strategy to use sentiment analysis from NLTK (Natural Language Toolkit) or others. This can give language models additional information under the hood. You could easily use this to animate a character, language model output just goes trough sentiment analysis which spits out a key words like "happy" or "sad" or whatever that is sent to Unity and used to triggers an animation to be played. Then just mix it with random idle animations like blinking, looking side to side, bopping up and down, etc. Or you could just add commands to the system prompt of the AI that it could use to could trigger the animations itself, maybe less reliable but definitely possible, there are even AI's that can control a desktop using this technique, and it's how they play games like Minecraft too which Neuro already does. Or it could just triggers an animation when it says certain keyword. Vedal sends everything to Unity as Neuro's subtitles are part of her character which runs in Unity, so having Unity watch for key words such as *wink* and have it play the wink animation would be really easy. But yes, it's very possible for AI to interpret movie visuals. Maybe that's why vedal said neuro's running costs are $1k or so a month. He probably rents GPU farms or a service for neuro's other functions
Current AI absolutely CANNOT do what Neuro is doing in real-time. Even if it was given the movie script, it absolutely cannot provide this level of communication without fine tuned prompting! (If it did, it would be better than Gemini and ChatGPT combined, and this guy would be on the news) Most likely, what's happening here is a second vtuber animating Neuro, and saying stuff that gets passed through an AI Text-To-Speech tool. Actually it's probably just Vedal himself coz his vtuber thing is a turtle, which lets him use his body to animate Neuro. The latter would require some serious skill to not mess up, which is why I'm positive it's a second vtuber.

(If it did, it would be better than Gemini and ChatGPT combined, and this guy would be on the news)
Most likely, what's happening here is a second vtuber animating Neuro, and saying stuff that gets passed through an AI Text-To-Speech tool. Actually it's probably just Vedal himself coz his vtuber thing is a turtle, which lets him use his body to animate Neuro. The latter would require some serious skill to not mess up, which is why I'm positive it's a second vtuber.
