Favourite Jeff Burr film is 'Night of the Scarecrow' because the kill scenes look like they are straight from classic Italian horror and the gore effects are done without CGI.
    Keep up good work.

A friend of mine worked for a man who owns the rights to hammer horror, one day he answered the phone and it was Christopher Lee on the other end. “ he spoke like a perfect gentleman “ my friend said. Later in the week they went for a meal and Caroline Munro was also in attendance!
Favourite Jeff Burr movie has always been From a Whisper to a Scream

Xanadu was a formative movie for me, which I saw on a double bill with The Secret Of Nimh. I remember an absolutely freezing evening wait for a bus with my Mum and my sister, but my mind, my eyes were full of COLOURS.

My favourite Jeff Burr movie is Stepfather II, mainly because Terry O’Quinn absolutely rules in that one, just like he does in everything else, and I think it’s an all round strong sequel to a classic horror picture.

Favorite Jeff Burr is TCM3. The Saw is indeed family. Jeff Burr puts Leatherface behind the wheel of a jeep to run down Ken Foree all done to a blazing Heavy Metal soundtrack. It’s a retread of the 1st one but still a banger. Very 90s, very New Line and a total sweet spot for me.

My favourite Jeff Burr film is Stepfather II (1989). Saw all Stepfather films at the cinema and liked the series. Hope that some label could release II & III on blu. I don't even know if I have seen any other of his films. I have seen some Puppet Master films, but I don't think I have seen 4 & 5 that he directed.

From A Whisper to a Scream AKA The Offspring would be my favourite, but I also like Leatherface: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3, Stepfather 2, Puppetmaster 4 and 5, Night of the Scarecrow and Phantom Town is also quiet fun. Interested in seeing Eddie Presley which has cameo appearances from Quentin Tarantino and Bruce Campbell, it also stars Lawrence Tierney.

I still have a couple movies on VHS that I'm hoping for an upgrade. Dirty Tricks with Elliot Gould and UFOria with Fred Ward, Harry Dean Stanton, and Cindy Williams.
I saw Brian post those Paul Bartel shirts! I need to order one. He's one of my favorite filmmakers.

For me 'From A Whisper to a Scream' is the best Jeff Burr Movie, love me an anthology movie and this is a strong entry, featuring the legends Vincent Price and Club Gallagher. The story with the carny is wonderful and has a gloriously macabre ending!

Favourite Jeff Burr movie has to be Texas Chain Saw Massacre 3. It stars the legendary Ken Foree, he of From Beyond and Dawn of the Dead fame. That's my main reason for picking TCM 3.

Agent Red, "sounds like a bad action movie." It had an interesting commentary from Damian Lee (in as much as it was evasive about the behind-the-scenes issues).

@@tomjolliffescreenwriter That was the great thing about those DVDs back then; a director's commentary with every one.
