Evil Neighbor Doesn't Realize He's Being Recorded
The son didn't contaminate the crime scene. The son got access to his mum's bank account details. Found the location of the hotel, then sent the police there. The son probably also got the video footage from his mum's porch video. The police didn't even check the box at the neighbour's bed for a body.
We need more police like the son.
Great comment.
To be looking for a missing woman and not open up a large chest, I just don't understand.
When you’re motivated to find something, your mind flips into sleuth mode; either the detectives on the case were burdened with workload, or they just weren’t motivated enough.
Either that or they were just incompetent.
Either way, props to the son, he has excellent investigative skills.

If you suspect someone of doing something nefarious to your neighbor, don't tell them you're calling the police. Act dumb and then call the police without telling them.
But the police give your name regardless! It covers them. This happened to me
Ya know, I've always thought that was common sense, but I've noticed these days sense isn't common.
100% right.
That's because people watch all these stupid tv shows with women acting like private investigators walking right up to suspects and prying for information. Then the friendly cop, played by a hunky actor, says let us do our job. But no, they continue sticking their noses in because they cant help themselves.

Crazy how the cops miss a dead body in the woman's bedroom. They clearly didn't search the house that good and their sense of smell is totally off. Just WOW, Unbelievable.
That's what quality cedar will do for you.
Especially in a body sized box at the foot of the bed.
The other thing that got me curious -- well --- a few things, is why his hands were NOT cuffed and even after admitting to the murder(s), they were going to leave the interrogation room without cuffing him (yes, I realize that he was probably cuffed at the legs, but still, his hands needed to be restrained.)

@@hospitalsgivingpatientsdan8894 My friend, should everyone be given a get out of jail free card if they were on drugs or alcohol? Accountability would disagree.
What poor Judy was placed in is referred to as a “a hope chest”. In the 40s and 50s young women used to be gifted them to put linens in, in anticipation of being married. I have my mothers and it is a work of art.
My mom calls it a “hopeless chest” because she joked I’d never get married 😑😒
I don’t think we appreciate our mothers’ humor until they are gone. She sounds like a hoot! Cherish her.
Exactly. I have my moms as well. They were built strong. Filled its hard to move around.
Actually the "hope chest" began in the middle ages.
@patriciarivera4485 I believe she was just describing their use. My mom obtained hers in the Thirtys. No dispute of origin or generation.
My best friend was a heroin addict for 40 yrs. He was a professor at a nearby college. He was high functioning to say the least. He was in rehab at least 15 times. 5 yrs ago he unknowingly got a batch of fentanyl and died. He never killed anyone or stole anything.
How long did you know he was a heroin addict?
If he has surviving family he stole. He stole so much from them you have no idea.
Im sorry u lost your friend
Good people can lose the battle to addiction, but good people dont kill. Im sorry for the lose of your friend and that he had those demons, its no different than being an over-eater or an alcoholic. But for some reason our narrow-minded and judgemental society cant seem to grasp that notion. A degenerate gambler will always be given more respect than a drug addict and that is just hypocritical to no end. This vile human was vile long before he committed these crimes, and long before his addiction.
"He was high functioning to say the least. He was in rehab at least 15 times."
That sounds like he wasnt high functioning at alllll
I wouldn’t blame it on drug addiction. A lot of people struggle with that and don’t commit heinous crimes like this guy. His problem went way beyond that.
I always wonder this. So many people with addictions don’t go around doing this.
Exactly!!! The effects of drugs and/or alcohol can lower inhibitions, but they don’t build a whole different personality, causing them to commit a sinister act that they would never do when “straight”. A lot of people WANT to think that for some reason, but I don’t buy into it at all.

With all of those photos of him it's pretty phuked how you can physically SEE his horrific (and quick) decline into addiction. I've read a few comments saying that he's a psychopath, not a junkie. Well, okay. I can see y'alls point. However I have to add that there is drug induced psychosis. Drugs ain't no joke. Through prolonged and hard use an ordinary/"normal" person could involuntarily become crazy and do shit only a psychopath would do. Idk if (that person) would have to have the tendency already built-in? I am on the fence.
@@DNAR-POLST maybe, but killing 2 people is quite extreme.
Well said
Largely because they can do the robbing and murdering while high as a kite or in between blackouts, while a real employer will frown upon them showing up wasted, or disappearing until they need more money to get their next fix. I think there is a thrill for some to buck the system of confirming to society even if they end up missing out on life or working harder for whatever they can get than if they got a 9-5.
I've wated videos where someone interviewed homeless junkies and they all talk about how hard it is to get housing, and how it's impossible to get a job without housing. Then they talk about their $300-$500 a day drug habit while holding a beer in one hand and a cigarette in the other. They don't seem to comprehend that they could abstain from even part of their vices and manage to get at least a cheap hotel room (and address) and then even start the process of getting clean enough to have a job. Many are honest and just admit that they choose that lifestyle.
The fact that TH-camrs have to say “edged weapon “ instead of knife when describing someone being stabbed is freaking ridiculous.

We don't know the job of the son who found his mother, or if he has a history of deployment to areas of conflict. There are many jobs that require calm in emergencies, & another reason could simply be a more phlegmatic type personality, with measured responses in crisis. I've been a trauma nurse, & people have expressed surprise when I'm calm in crises, such as in a recent vehicle accident, or when men snuck into a facility & hid at night.
It isn't typical but I'm the same way under stress and crisis. I become hyper focused and calm, and it's some time later I finally relax and am able to release my emotional responses.

Sixty two or Sixty Three is not exactly " "elderly"( imo), since most people that age are NOT even eligible for Social Security and are working, often with people 30+ yrs younger than them, working just as hard, ( likely harder), so no 62 or 63 is DEFINITELY not elderly. BTW, to even think about getting your full retirement check, you can't be "elderly"( or retire) in the U.S. until you're 67!!😳😑
the same here in Australia, cant get the pension until 67, and many people are still working into their 70s and 80s. It is quite a shck to see someone described as elderly, when they are younger than yourself and you are still working.
I hate to hear that. If it wasn’t for the second lady disappearing, and her son noticing right away then Judy may have never of been discovered that she was murdered. Three months she had been gone in neighbors noticed but were fed lies but where is the rest of her family? She was an older lady was none of her family calling to check on her. It tells me that her family didn’t give a damn, and I hate to hear that because every person in this world deserves to be loved and appreciated and missed when they’re gone

🤔 This guy looks drug addicted I would not have bought a car from him with no paper bill of sale .
From someone named Bird.
Okay
I’m guessing they got a helluva deal 😂 like $200 knowing this dipsht just wanted quick drug money.
It happens when a desperate person wants to sell a car and desperate people want to buy it
They weren’t the brightest candles on the cake, lol 😂
He knew it was only days untill he was caught. His openness is based in resignation.
I know a few addicts that are very hard core, but none of them would use their addiction as an excuse for murder. You still know right from wrong even as an addict. If you murder someone, the fact that you’re an addict is just a coincidence, not the reason. How sad for these victims and their families.
Truly evil people exist and are out there roaming the streets.
OMG! I am so sorry for your loss! May she rest in peace in heaven!!
This would be sad enough if it had just been about Judy. But because neighbors weren't nosy enough to at least call the police when she wasn't seen around, then it's about Cindy as well. Condolences to both of their families.
The ai melodramatics in the script make these hard to watch
Yep... it's a shame as they have good cases I haven't seen before. But it's intolerable for me
❤
So many people have mentioned that. Breathy and inappropriate.
What a vile, cold, mean piece of 💩
Him and his precious cigarette 🚬
That poor man now lost his parents- that's just too much.
Rest in Peace, both Ladies 🕊 🕊 ❤❤
Imagine what he's doing right now in prison for cigarettes
Didn’t this one just come out a couple weeks ago?
I thought it was familiar.
Yeah, I’ve seen this already.
One person files a FOIA request and gets some footage, and then a million other scummy bot channels like this one, steals the footage and uses AI narration to try to get views.
@@davidprice7162 yeah if I did all the work, and paid my hard earned money for FOIA et al. then I would put watermarks all over the videos I upload so these types of channels can't hop on my back and ride for free.
@@davidprice7162 yes! This channel *always* covers cases that other channels have just recently talked about. I wish they’d find their own stories.
I have been busy watching other true crime videos lol so this one is new to me
I get like that when something shocking happens. I get extremely calm and focus on the task at hand. Then I fall apart like a week or two later. It's happened to me so many times that I've come to expect it.
This judge is a great judge. He treats people with respect and fairness.
The Drug and Mental Health Crisis in this Country has gotten way out of hand.
Thanks to Ronald Reagan. It happens every time we start to heal and do better. A republican gets in office and does exactly what trump just finished doing but trump did almost all of it for himself.
And with donald as potus it will get way, way worse
Trump just pardoned the guy that had the online drug sale website Silk Road
My state is trying. It’s an uphill battle but you must start somewhere. Teaching parents / students about the dangers of RX and passing out free Narcan
@@rachel959 Wow that guy got pardoned?
This day and age that wonan was young god love her .nk one is safe anymore .😢❤
You can’t blame this on drug addiction. Sure drugs played a role, but tens of thousands of people use drugs and don’t murder innocent people. This goes way deeper and he’s either a psychopath or (the more likely one) of a combination of various factors.
This is a perfect example of how different people react differently to a high stress situation. Cindy's son didn't display what most would call typical behavior of an innocent person, yet he was completely innocent. Thank God he had the technical abilities to access his mother's camera and credit cards or his experience could have been vastly different
God help the son ❤life changing
My father was a high-functioning alcoholic. He quit when the doc told him he would probably die within a yr if he continued drinking and smoking. He quit that day cold turkey with no side effects, thank God, as he wanted to see his kids have kids and be a grandpa. He made it til grandkids were all almost adults. One of the lucky ones.
Dont take in probationers ladies😢🙏
Was her step son.
Great job with this! The interview with the son is fantastic and takes your video to the next l kevel.
As a Honda owner I feel disrespected. That car is a Buick (least reliable vehicle) NOT a precious Honda (far more superior and reliable).
It's absolutely NOT a Buick... I am a Buick owner. Has the 3800 3.8L V6 which is actually 1 of the best motors ever produced. And you can *Google That* bud. That's a 2007 Mercury Grand Marquise or a Crown Vic. My Buick runs like a champ. I can get 500mi on a tank of gas. On the highway of course.
Really all you can say about this horrific thing is talk about a car? That poor woman.
@@MeatShank I stand corrected. You are correct about one thing, it’s a mercury not a Buick. I was half asleep. Glad your Buick keeps you happy. I’ve owned Buicks and they have always been a disappointment. Still doesn’t stand up to a Honda.
I Loved my Honda prelude..
Never heard of a Honda owner complain either
Love my Hondas too!
