Thanks for watching and commenting, I really appreciate it! The flood clear is not necessary but I like to do it because it will prime the oil filter. You can always pre fill the oil filter but I like this method because you just spin the engine at a max of 250rpm and it will prime the entire oiling system of the engine.
I’ve got a 2017 manual and I’ve been changing the oil but didn’t realize there was such a thing as flood clear. Very helpful thanks

Why is the flood clear necessarily?
