    First off Razor Anzu is on sale on Prime Day for $50.00! Secondly, Bose Tempo are the best on the market at the time if you have the cash. Best sound quality, battery life, and USB Type C charging on a single port put them miles ahead of the competition. The two improvements I would like to see on the Bose Tempo are, being able to choose different control options, and detachable frames like the Soundcore Frames have.

    • @EduardoLopez-tged
      @EduardoLopez-tged ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Tempo are awesome, but they just clearly look like something else besides just glasses. The echo frames and the other bose frames don't immediately look like something other then glasses. Hopefully bose can bring some of those awesome features you mentioned to the the more normal glasses.

    I bought the Razer Anzu Glasses after trying several smart glasses I tried the New Echo Frames, Bose Tenor, and Bose Tempo Frames the Glasses that sounded the best to me were the Bose Tempo Hands down the 2nd best to me were the Razer Anzu 3rd were the Tenor and 4th Amazon. The Anzu sounded much more clear and not nearly as tinny as the New Echo Frames and the Large Anzu Glasses had the best fit for my head all in all I really like them not going to lie though gesture control is not great, Amazon had the best overall gesture controls in my opinion.

    Anyone have issues with the glasses randomly disconnecting and reconnecting to bluetooth? Usually happens when my music is paused but it has done it on a few occasions even when I am listening to audio. Usually it just announces that it's disconnecting then a few seconds later it will announce that it's reconnecting/connected. It's pretty annoying and just fyi, I'm not touching the glasses at all while this is happening. I may have to return them.

    My husband bought 2 pairs of their 'smart glasses' and within 2 weeks, the right arm came off. Razer told me that this was due to abuse. The connection of the arm to the frame is plastic and poorly designed. I have put script lens in both pair and now Razer refuses to repair the arm assembly. I have full documentation and pictures of their 'wonderful' support. Buyer Beware!

    Extremely overpriced for regular glasses. But you can order these with prescription lenses for an extra $77 - which would bring the price up to just under $300 which is at least $100 cheaper than a comparable pair of prescription glasses you'd get from an eye doctor. Except you'd also have all these crazy extra features. Like seriously, my dog chewed my glasses frames once, and replacing the frames alone would have cost me $250. It's crazy that high-tech glasses could be cheaper than cheap low-tech ones.

    • @Mireaze

    • @perforongo9078
      @perforongo9078 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      From the eye doctor's office, I kinda felt obligated after the appointment was done- and they refuse to give you your pupil distance to make it harder to buy from someone else. I don't do that anymore though. But my point in mentioning that anecdote was that- sure, these glasses are expensive, but even with the high-tech parts, they're still enormously cheaper than a lot of prescription glasses frames.

    • @perforongo9078
      @perforongo9078 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@Mireaze Quite frankly, even your "cheap" $100 glasses shouldn't cost that much. They cost at most $15 to manufacture, but Luxotica has a monopoly. They're plastic frames. No fancy tech and they're still half the price of these smart glasses or whatever. That's the equivalent of a cheap plastic wrist-watch from Wal-Mart costing $150 while a smart watch costed $300.

    I want smart glasses that can auto adjust focus so can read microscopic print, even from miles away. They should also allow for overlays in 3d so my place looks like its a palace rather than the frugal factory. I want to look at my meals and see lasagna replacing the marcaroni, maybe even cause my cat to have a human looking face, and the glasses should be smart enough to covert meows to english. How about smart glasses that have the ability to help people detect things easier, such as with arrows pointing at important segments of a presentation, overlays for performing proper repairs on broken items to help walk through the process? Also, it would be a better idea to have a small wire running to a separate battery to keep the eyewear as light and less bulky as possible, and they should even allow you to remove one arm of the glasses, then you could lounge sideways on a pillow and the glasses wont dig into the side of your head. Touching the frames to expect actions to occur is no doubt not as enjoyable as if could be if it was not done, and instead relied on a type of small ring worn on the hand.

    Can't get over the fact that ger screen is shattered

    Your phone screen broken? Weird since tech reviews rarely sport a cracked screen unless we're talking durability and fixability and the device is going to be fixed/destroyed.

    touch on eyeglass and earpods are the worst things ever. No matter if they are ipx7 or ipx100. You really need to work on your false touch mechanism

    Not prescription glasses. Just 'sunglasses' with speaker frames. Cool gimmick. Wonder when they'll have actual smart features like zoom in, night vision assistance, automatic shading, connecting to other devices by sight. Cool sci fi tech. Not just music.

      Exatcly. These are useless. Mxm. What's smart about these glases😠

    Ok, so what is the actual point of these glasses? Yeah they filter blue light when gaming but if you're gaming on your pc or console I'm pretty sure you would be wearing a proper headset and not need these tiny speakers.
    Can you make calls on them? Also pointless if you can as that's what Bluetooth headsets or headphones are for.
    What is actually the point of these glasses?????

    They are not smart glasses. They are expensive glasses with headphones. I upvoted because the review helped ensure I would not purchase those.

    No volume control is a deal killer. Don't buy. Pared with a TV, there's no way to control the volume. 😮

    Why does this even exist? Why would I bother touching shitty glasses rather than just use Voice assistant or touch my phone?

      Looking at this review, seems about right. No off switch, crappy audio, and underwhelming touch control. Maybe the Bose version is actually worth the extra $$$ after all.
