Great little ride and very useful tips, many thanks for posting it. I’ve had my MT 03 for about a year now and love watching anything appertaining to the 03 on YT and as such, look forward to your future videos. Just one minor point, it would have been nice to see the rev counter. I’m always curious to see how far up the scale other riders go, I always think the engines going to explode at anything above 6000 rpm. All my previous bikes were “large plodders” which didn’t rev as freely. I suppose that’s the reason I find the MT such fun to ride. It’s just perfect for me in terms of weight, seat height and performance. The only downside for me is the fact that I’m the wrong side of seventy years of age and all my contemporaries say I should be riding a Royal Enfield ! Not likely. But yes, I’m sure future vids on maintenance, mods and just riding with commentary will go down very well with owners this very underrated bike.
Thanks for your positive feedback and encouragement. I can tell you that the MT03's engine loves to rev. I hit over 10k rpm often when riding on the highway and merging or passing. I believe my tach is visible in my initial review but I will include a closeup in a future video. Redline in the lower gears on this bike does not put you at risk of losing your license, it is fun to play in that region of the tach, and the bike seems happy to oblige.
