Yes... actually. Think about it objectively, if you're capable of it. And you'll have to acknowledge that it's not a matter of opinion, but fact. If you didn't continue to throw your money at them regardless of the ineptitude. They would be forced to make changes. And hurting them on the bottom line of their balance sheets is the only thing that will get their attention ultimately.
And so... yes, is the honest, undeniable answer.

He hired freaking Urban Myer which turned out to be a huge mistake, and now Doug Pederson which doesn’t seem to be working out. So Baalke has 2 HC hire failures under his belt.
Jacksonville hasn’t even decided to fire Baalke/Pederson and people think Jacksonville is run so great?
Besides Jacksonville is a small market team and they say Ben Johnson prefers a big market.

The nice thing about Brady is that not only is he a top OC and Play caller in the NFL, but he has experience on the defensive side of the ball as well and he's the type of coach who doesn't try and fit his players to his offense, he builds an offense to the strengths of his players and that's what the Bears need.

As a commanders fan our entire fanbase wanted Johnson, he bitched up and said he was staying in Detroit while we were on our way to interview him. He’s not a made man or a culture builder, he is an offensive genius. While I think he will improve Caleb’s game I think without a culture building HC you guys will still never see the potential of the team as a whole.

Can I cut a guy the team invested in bc I believe he is toxic? Will you fire my OC bc we are on a losing streak? Will you trade away my best player bc you want to tank? These are questions coaching candidates will have for the GM.

I agree pump the breaks on Caleb being bad- his numbers are right there with Strowd, Love , Bo Nix and just a tad behind Daniels. I mean all these other good young QB's are on a good that has a good coach .Caleb had to deal with a massive shit show the whole season. Yes he made mistakes but his massive upside is still thru the roof. Once again, his numbers are on par with the others --what does that say if he gets a good coach?
