Harbaugh is sitting pretty at 10-6 with the Chargers and is playoff bound. I guess he was too much of a leader of men for the Bears to handle? 2.) I understand they were 100% sold on Caleb, but you still gotta do your due diligence as a GM. He never did. 3.) the only reason you need to get rid of Poles - No HC in his right mind would take the job with him as GM.
Finding the right coach for Chicago will define Poles' tenure.
Stemming back to training camp, while Poles is bromancing & getting emotional over players, he's cutting ! 🤦♂️
Well. The punter has been the most used and most relevant pick? Right? Lot of 3 and outs- just saying.
Velus, 2 Developmental Picks and a Punter.....WTF....Have we been playoff contenders and do not need any starters???
Poles main problem is that overemphasizes "measurables" and underemphasizes FBIQ and attitude.
poles will overlook if the player sucks as long as the player is "a good person"... per poles "first, you have to start with the human..." NO! can the player play? that should be the first box checked smfh
@@_dmgz3924this has always been the Bears approach. They hire coaches, front office, and draft players they want to spend Sundays at church with. They don’t want football people. They want “their kind of people”. Football comes a distant second.
That is my problem with Poles and probably why he signed Edmunds over Roquan Smith. Bad move! Players play no matter what size.
His main problem is he cannot evaluate talent coaches or players which makes no sense when it comes to Caleb 😂 like he’s is obviously bad at talent evaluation but he choose the right qb it’s soo contradictory

Do a video on caleb.and possible 2025 Chicago bears roster or o line
We Want A 2nd Toupee
It’s not hard for Wright to be the best Offensive lineman when everyone else is TRASH
I agree with most of what you say but Monty did not want to be here so that one was not on Poles.
100% yes. I don’t understand the people who believe he contributes to the “improvement “ of the franchise. After 3 years we are much worse. Why keeping him?
I think Poles will be out and the assistant GM of the Lions will get the job in order to get Johnson
Maybe the Bears should find a head coach who was a former Bear that can hire the right OC 🤷🏻♂️
i didn’t even watch the video yet but pace was far better all poles does is lose
I'm typically fine with project picks but agree we seem to be outsized in the amount of projects we draft in addition to the fact I just don't trust any of our coaches to groom a dog let alone an NFL player...
Last season they scored 21 ppg and avg 323 ypg. They were 20th offense in the league 2nd best rushing
offense. They went from 20th to 32nd and dropped from 21 to 17ppg. They fucked up
the draft last year so bad
drafting Caleb. Bears offense is DEAD LAST in total
yards this season with 288 total yards. Avg 17ppg. You have to go back to the 2004-2005 season to find worse production on offense. Worst offense in 20 years for the Bears.
The owners need to sell it to someone because this isn’t the 1985 Chicago Bears 🐻 Team.
Do I want Poles fired; no. If we can find a better person then so be it. If players can be upgraded, then so can coaches and front office personnel.
Poles trades down for additional picks too much. Two poor players is not a bargain instead of one better player.
I know if we would have drafted Jalen Carter it would have been good 2 defense of tackles and 1 good defensive end on the team. It would have been a good pass rush and pass defense to pressure the quarterback.
And you could have drafted an elite Center instead of Gervon Dexter.
Face it, Bears made wrong call in draft.
Could have traded a built a solid OL instead of investing in an Overated QB.
Yes. Kevin Warren too
Hey Harrison, cool hat, looking good, Go Bears!
