You should put the bottom of your bottle against your body, tilt it 45 degrees. Then you loosen the cage but don't take it off completely, instead of twisting the cork you keep your hand on it and twist the bottle 🍼 and gently pull the cork away whilst twisting.

if I'd opened this bottle like you did in my restaurant, I would get a warning for the sound, you're supposed to cover the whole sound, the only ''pop'' accepted, is when the customers asks for it as a celebration, even then, then need to be in a private room if so

True. She should have tilted the bottle to an angle (45 degree) and gentle unscrewed open the bottle. There shouldn't have been a 'pop' sound.
