Voice over workouts are where it's at! Love the instructions rather than just guessing what proper form or muscle concentration should be! Keep it up my man - thanks for the inspiration!

I've been practicing Tuck sit with 30 second holds, 3 or 4 per workout. And I'll also use light resistance band hung from the pull-up bar to do assisted L-sit. ✌🏻💪🏻

Slightly difficult but don't change a thing! Being in the over 50 crowd and after 2017 being the year from h**l, just getting back into taking care of myself. Start at 1 or 2 reps and work my way up. See ya on the difficult side :)

In UK's last COVID lockdown the only exercise I could do consistently was running since I had no home calisthenics equipment. Don't get me wrong, I loved it but I needed more variety and missed the bodyweight exercises. Not making that same mistake with the new UK lockdown! Just bought your Simnett Banana Lebert EQualiser bars and about to get started!

HAha, oh gosh. I am no master at either of those. I am very far away from the planche but I am going to start training for it. When I find out what works I will do that. And my handstand needs some work too, but who better to teach than someone who is progressing themselves I guess. ;) I know what I need to do to correct my faults.

For the inverted row, I just started trying it out last week, but by keeping the knees bent is not that challenging. The exercise can be more difficult by keeping the legs completely straight. With one arm only and extended legs, it must be seriously hard.
