Awesome workout! Great to leaern how to put my leberts to use for movements other than dips or rows. is there a progression or easier substitute I could use for windshield wipers until I have that sort of arm/core strength?

Is these silver ones the regular size? Or are they the L size? I only see the black ones for L size
they are the XL size. We moved away from the chrome for environmental reasons and have the Black XL version now!

Just ordered my bars!
I preordered these equalizerbars now, this seems like a very good core rutine. But as ppl have commented, far from full body.
There's so many additional routines / aspects.. look for more videos. You can get a full body work out..

Definitely not a full body workout.
It was cool and everything, but like 90% abs and no specific back movements, arms, legs, chest... Just... Lots and lots of abs hahah.
well windshield wipers need some lats
