I dont know but i think you spoke about the notifications are not able to swipe away but now its working

I have a Hello Watch 3 plus and I have a problem with SMS notifications. I just don't get them on my watch. However, all other notifications are available. Is there any way to fix this??

I use the customizable “Modular Ultra” dial.
I noticed that regularly, independently, a big red heart, without any inscription or data, appears on the screen...
I have to click on one of the buttons to return to the main screen...
Am I the only one experiencing this bug?

I just ordered the Hello3+ watch but wanted to ask, will all of the Apple watch straps fit on it as well? There are also some apple straps on AliExpress that frame the actual watch square as well and cover all the sides of the watch and have gaps for the buttons/controls. Would these fit on the Hello3+?

Or you mean just customization?
The editable watchfaces are just a few for now and you have to install those from the app, when you upgrade they are not on the smartwatch yet.
How do you know which ones are editable without installing?
I haven’t gotten the update. What should I do ?

Have you try to unpair the smartwatch from the app and pair it again?
Hello. Yes I have multiple times.
@Professor1-1 what I did I erase the app and download it again and did the same thing with the Bluetooth. Add the app. Again and the Bluetooth and it work again. I did that and it worked for me.

Keeps disconnecting from phone needs to be fixed
Same thing happens to me. It also erases the logged messages

@@JFKM22 the messages SMS, WhatsApp and Messenger messages that you received and are kept in the watch. I'm pretty sure they can fix this reset issue in the next firmware update. Otherwise I'm pretty happy with my watch - so powerful, well built and inexpensive!

The heart's BPM activates from time to time without rhyme or reason

@JFKM22 yes, and it is also restarting and disappearing the logged messages. I am hopeful they will address these issues in the next update, as well as the incorrect timer ⏳️ button
