@@mohamedbalkadi1211they are real. Less accurate than the major brands, but they are approximate. HK9U2 Max is way less accurate and would definitely not trust those
Thank you for this video. Hello Watch 3+ has a critical error on the compass stripe the placement of NW and SW is reversed. It reads S-NW-W-SW-N-NE-E-SE-S. It should be S-SW-W-NW-N-NE-E-SE-S. The latest firmware update 4.10.55 has not fixed this big error.

iMAT have you tried loading more than a couple of photos or songs on HK9 Ultra or HK9 Pro? Both of mine say no space left when I try. Also have you gotten any updates for either HK’s?
My HK9 pro has been at 17.02 since I got it - no updates.

I've seen others with the same issues you have. There is a video and the guy said many of these watches advertised 4gb of storage when they lied and only have 1gb or less. I own the HK9 ULTRA 2. My watch did the same thing on low memory. The firmware version I'm on is 2.06. I live in the United States, hopefully they give an overdue update for many of these watches
hello, i just updated to v4.10.55 and this may be a bug. i added the 'timer' to shortcut, so double-clicking the crown to access it. however, when it's showing the timer, clicking the crown does not return to the clock face, the only way to return to the clock face is to press the long button (below the. crown). so do you think this is a bug? i wish future version will allow to have more than ONLY 6 watch faces.
I found out that the heart beat sensor thingy if you cover it with the watch band it will ask you to put it on your wrist but if you put the censor on a white surface it will rig the machine but HOW DOES MY BATHROOM COUNTER HAS A HEART!!!

Hi there, Its probably the JS Hello Watch 3+, which is not from the same factory! So unfortunately it does not have similar software and app!

Does yours restart randomly? I had mine on 1.0 then 1.0.0.3 and it would glitch and restart. In the end i sold it and bought the hw3+ which is perfect

because the crown no longer changes the wf when you turn it as before with the Hellowatch 3 So it is no longer necessary to secure it

To nie jest normalne. Mój się ładuje ok 3 godziny i trzyma 8-12 dni, w zależności czy często używam wybudzania ruchem. Jeżeli aktualizacja ani przywrócenie ustawień fabrycznych nie naprawia problemu, może jest uszkodzona bateria/płyta główna/ładowarka.
Hi, as I mentioned in the video, The watch has an issue that the charging percentage gets stuck at 99% and the charging speed slows down, because of which it takes so many hours to move from 99% to 100%.
And are you using always on display option on a brighter watch face? because on the black screen off dial, it easily gives me 2-3 days of battery life
