- Here is a small showcase of Yinlin and Yuanwu against Tactical Hologram : Feilian Beringal difficulty V with my skill issue. We were lacking damage a little bit. Maybe with further improvement in echo stats, we can achieve victory.

Yuanwu even being on the weaker side atm is one of the most fun chars to play :)

Besides my Yinlin i pulled Yuanwu 7 times. He's still sitting at lvl40 casually waiting for his debut. He will add to my 3rd team. Great showcase.

One thing i like about this game is it doesn't matter how whale you are you can't one shot any boss and required skills to beat bosses.
Maybe that's why most genshin whale didn't post about wuwu😂 .

Nah, I literally just saw a whale one shot Mourning Aix diff 5 with Jiyan's Aerial nuke. What I don't get is why people would whale on this game, IMO it takes away the fun by making the game too easy. But hey, who am I to judge. Gotta thank the whales for funding the game though.
Nah, with enough whaling you can do like 50000 damage per second lmao

I love the concept of his kit and how smoothly he plays. He even has interrupt resist and that cool Saitama punch. If only his damage wasn't so ass..

I'm looking forward to building Yaunwu for sure. His damage on the coordinated attack honestly isn't terrible for needing barely any field time. Plus he is very stylish for when I decide to use him on field lol

Saw this vid last week, got me inspired in bldg my s4 yuanwu and pairing him w/ yinlin.. It was challenging in Hologram, but was fun. Hoping Kuro will release a 5* gauntlet with def%

If you are lacking damage, sure. Keep in mind his shield lasts only for 10 second. I just uploaded a video with my suggestions for this query.
Mad skills, wish I could dodge so well! Also need to get better at swapping, I stay on field way too long, I think. Got him to about 15% once, but was going to run out of time... soon for me as well, I hope!

Do you just button mash m1 + skills with yaunwu or add plunge and heavies cause idk whether to do that or not
Mash M1 till mouse dies, yes. Heavy into basic sometimes (during infused state) cause that will trigger special attack.
Plunge for style points.

Probably looked wanky in cut scenes. I've seen a lot of mustache look so bad in anime if not done properly.

@realrahzz That's one of the only 1ups defensive scalers have. They can't be one shot when built. The lvl 120 bear hits my dude for like 26,000. With my Taoqi and Yuanwu sheilds stacked and defense boosts rolling, Yuanwu can take that hit at level 70. LEVEL 70. It's bananas.
That's true.. Def and hp scalers have that going for them. Man, I love Bruiser playstyle. Not afraid of taking a hit.

Got him c6 with abyss surges. The best way would build him in sub-dps with moonlight clouds? What do you think about Encore+Yanwu+Yinlin? Dps+2 sub dps
Best way to build him would be moonlight set, yes.
IMO, Having two sub Dps means your main Dps won't have much time on field since both Yuanwu and Yinlin needs more time on field.
You should give it a try and see if you're able to do rotations properly with these.

@@mdsupa his dps wont be at full potential because he scales off def and theres no echos or weapons that give base def only def% (which needs base def to scale higher) so give him another try when he's higher level maybe and see how it ends up then

Any recommendations for yuanwu teams without yinlin or sanhua? I've once think of yuanwu and mortefi, but I'm pretty sure their damage isn't that high
You can use him as sub Dps with moonlit for idk Havoc rover or Danjin in you have S4 on him.
@@realrahzz havoc rover and danjin already in a team, encore and sanhua already in a team too. I was thinking yuanwu as sub dps for upcoming jinhsi too. Maybe I'll just put him there 🤔 iirc his outro gives interruption resistance right
His libration gives interruption resistance. I wish it was on outro..
You should always cast skill before liberation on yinlin to get the crit rate from the inherent skill

It seems weird but the CN opinion is that the Yinlin/Yuanwu does more damage than Yinlin/Calcharo just because of the frequency of his hits and yinlins off field damage. Do you think this is true? I don't have Calcharo built up and have heard that he's harder to play correctly than someone like Yuanwu, so if above is true, that would be better for me.
Doesn't matter if character hits fast or slow as Yinlin's lightning can only hit once per second.
* I think Yuanwu is easier to play than Calcharo.
* Calcharo does more damage than Yuanwu.
* I believe one should only build Yuanwu if they enjoy his playstyle.
* One can use Enchore and Yinlin together if they want.
yuanwu got the best style and move set and his gimmick about breaking boss HP so potent that kuro nerf him by giving him deff scalling. honestly best 4 star
Def scaling is not bad. They gave him bad multipliers on his attacks which sucks. It is what it is.

I highly recommend switching out the weapon for the craftable.
Even with the loss of some defense, he will do much more damage. Rn you're oversaturated on Def anyway
Atk% are wasted stats on him which is provided by that weapons passive. Imo, energy recharge is good to have but doesn't matter as much.
Ignoring all of this, if I were to use him as support I would rather use 3star crit damage weapon with healing set.
And no, I'm yet to reach the point where Def is giving me diminishing returns.
holy, which one is yuanwu coordinated dmg btw? cant differentiate which one is yinlin's and which one is yuanwu's
Yinlin coord deal 1500-2000, yuanwu coord deal 700 (non crit) - 1000
As lily said higher numbers as from Yinlin and lower from Yuanwu..

if only echo give def as main stat instead of attack, and we got def main stat 5* weapon it will be different story for yuanwu
I agree with the echo.
However I belive, to compensate for that they gave him higher def base stats with levels as compared to atk on atk scalers.

@@realrahzz Yeah! The singer of the original version got into some sort of drama and Capcom ended up finding a new singer for the song. Song is the same just a different voice. Which the original is more screamo, new version sounds more like classic rock.

Umm. I would say, if you need damage build someone else. He's not that good as of now. Maybe late game.
Damn this is motivated me to build Yuanwu, i got him on W6 already and Yinlin with her signature weapon.
Ehe! Please do keep in mind that he does significantly less damage that other Dps in comparison with same investment. Instead scores 100% high more in style.

The only thing going for him is how fast he deletes enemy's vibration bar. If your Dps can carry you forward then yeah he can be a good sub Dps with 5 piece Moonlight set.
If not then I would recommend putting your resources in sub Dps who can do a bit extra for the team.
As of current state of the game I would only recommend building him if you love his playstyle.
you should work on your rotations a bit and utilize animation canceling on some of the skills

Amity Accord would be better on him since abyss surge gives ark% instead of Def%.

Yeah.. Since I am lacking crit rate as of now. I'll switch it to crit damage 4 cost echo, once I've enough crit rate from substats.
Is calcharo okay with yinlin iam confused can somebody suggest some team for yinlin 😅
Calcharo is the current best Dps for Yinlin.
For team, I would suggest :
Calcharo, Yinlin and a healer (preferably Verina)

Yinlin would be the premium version of that team.
pretty nice, his def buff + shield + interruption res makes carlos able to dish out more dps. he could be a good sustain unit in carlos + yinlin team
