A bit like the Mortefi rotation you still swap back to her every time even just to use a skill in order to help speeding up her concerto generation next rotation. At a baseline you need liberation > BA1-4 > E to fill most of the concerto gauge, you then finish with a few more normals if necessary.

Ok so outside of jinhsi, who actually wants yuanwu in their team? NO ONE. This is called a niche exception, why would anyone be building yuanwu before jinhsi with Crystal ball knowledge?
If you're thinking of dps, Yinlin is the best, her damage also counts. I've been testing out a lot with Jinhsi, Yinlin, Verina comp, its definately the best. Instead of swaping in a zigzag manner, its best to have Yinlin on the void thunder to maximaze her own damage and rotate from Jinhsi to Yinlin to verina. It is faster and less headache inducing this way. the moonlit buff is not a thing in this rotation, and personally, i think using this echo set is a trap. If you are using moonlit on Yinlin its a matter of using her outro which take a while to charge up if there isnt a mob around. With Jinhsi having no downtime on her skill Lazer, you'd actually be losing dps in total with Yinlin having to charge up her concorto gauge for moonlit buff. So the rotation would be like this. Jinhsi does her usual combo ending with skill lazer, outro to yinlin, basic attack 1 2 3 cancel heavy, skill twice then judgemark, swap to verina, ult, bell echo and get contorto gauge filled ASAP, outro to Jinhsi combo and repeat. as you can see everything becomes faster and simpler if you get Yinlin's outro out of the picture. With verina having insanely fast outro generation, you will always be introing into Jinhsi to activate her spectro set buff. if you have Yinlin's signature weapon, she become more bonkers. sorry for yapping so much. TLDR Jinhsi and Yinlin should be played as a dual DPS instead of Yinlin rocking the support set.
no i dont. but that come down to me not having her weapon. you've misjudged the showcase here. the yinlin team in this video could have cleared the heron a lot sooner. its just that jinhsi missed her crit twice on her lazer and once with her ult. whereas the yuanwu showcase had her criting every single lazer
@@boykalkula2300 I have tried that out. But jinhsi yinlin verina just felt faster and better. If I had the moonlit on yinlin, I’d definitely be going that route
For yinlin u actually hold the ult till u use her forte heavy atk, u can easily skip forte animation and at the same time swap cancel echo animation this saves time.
the fact that i have verina on glow set and yuanwu on moonlit has made my jinhsi teams so miserable to use and i just can’t enjoy her the way i should be, so i’m gonna switch out the sets like you did and see how it goes
I think Heron only buff the next character if current char use thier outro, and in this video i see he only swap cancel from verina to yuanwu but does not trigger outro, only after conplete does yuanwu things and swap back to verina, he do the verina’s outro to jinhsi, so i think jinhsi still take a buff from heron

can you try to showcase these runs again ? I suppose both your Yinlin and Mortefi have better investment now, because my lvl 80 yinlin with lvl 8 talents outperfroms yuanwu by a lot currently
followed everything in this guide but im not getting full stacks on my jinhsi and yuanwu after my first rotation. not sure why, can i send my gameplay to anybody to review?
Yinlin is my best built character by a landslide and for now i think i'll use her with Jinhsi (until she's up to speed with a solid build of her own) but later i plan on swapping to Yuanwu and using Yinlin with either Calcharo or Havoc MC. Yinlin is quite demanding when it comes to field time and she's not ideal in multiwave content
Not to mention that mortefi a6 gives 20% atk with heron echo it's 32% and with 5 star standard gun it's 42% so he's definitely not mid. He's definitely the best rn if you have him built. Yinlin only offers lib dmf which isn't super important on jihnsi. Yuanwu only offers stack buildings. No buffs to any of her dmg.
@@Theonlycupidgirl Hi, yes Mortefi is good with Jinhsi , he's just sequence locked. At S0 he's of no use since his LIBERATION doesn't generate stacks for Jinhsi in her incarnation state. Heron gives dmg%, not atk. At S5 and beyond mort is indeed very usable, in the vid you can see the stacks building up just fine, but not everybody has his sequences
Does Rejuvation 5pc effect really work on the gauntlet's passive? Because it say's "Increase attack of all party members UPON HEALING ALLIES" not heal yourself.
I just hope that they release MORE UNIVERSAL SUPPORT, jesus, all the releases are DPS's 🤣... Verina is being stretched to all Team comps, my little girl cant handle multiple teams alone HAHAHAHA
you probably can't answer this without a dps calculator but i'll ask for your take anyway: do you think there's a point of investment where it becomes worth it to build yuanwu with amity accord and the void thunder set over originite type iv and rejuvenating glow? maybe give him slightly more field time too to, say, cast his ult? or even in the highest case of investment is this a dps loss?
I tried him full dps with the thunder set and 3 star crit damage weapon but most I can get is 10-13k burst with his ultimate, maybe better when I try with amity accord that has a passive that boosts ultimate damage even more + bigger shields if s4, I mean he is playable and goes well with yinlin but no where near havoc mc and even less jinhsi
You're right we'd need a dps calculator :s really hard to tell, I tend to think it wouldn't be worth it and better to instead wait for jinxis dedicated support to release instead of investing too much into Yuanwu, but I don't want to spread lies either
I'm aiming for this since I have 2 pieces of Electro cost3 from Yinlin, so only need to tune Crit rate and DEF on him. I'm too lazy to set up calculator, but in theory, I think you only need to add at most 3 more sec on Yuanwu for this, but you sacrifice healer set for void thunder. Theorized rotation: Jinhsi Echo > Q.swap Yuanwu place totem > Healer with Moonlit rotation > Outro to Jinhsi > 1st Nuke -> Yuanwu forte (should filled by now from totem coord) -> Totem ->"Flautist here!" to gain concerto (Q.swap cancel to healer for some hit) > Yuanwu Ult -> Totem > Outro to healer. I was thinking that using Flautist as main for Yuanwu could bridge the gap a bit so he can send his outro for extra gauge damage. In theory, I don't think we would waste more than 3 seconds doing this, while you gain more passive coord lightning attack (it purely scales on Def), and his ult + totem break hits harder on enemy's stun gauge. Plus, for those not quite yet skilled at parrying, Yuanwu basic attacks SLAPs hard at parrying. You can break sequence and swap into him while fightning parry heavy boss like Memphis or Crownless.
Question, i somehow got s4mortefi so can ai just use mortefi and yuanwu, kinda dont want to take verina from my calcharo, Would it still work almost the same as everyone else here?
Yes, you'd build Concerto on Mortefi instead of Verina in your team comp. I haven't tested it, but I'm sure it's workable. Rotations will just be a tad longer
I use that combo, with Mortefi at S3 only, and I like it, but at this point is more of a preference kind of situation. But, if you have Mortefi at S4 you get a really nice and smooth stacker for Jinshi, in my opinion. At this point you can even do Yuanwu and Spectro Rover (S6), and just use Yuanwu as a pillar bot, while using Rover as a debuffer and ultimate spammer, all this while doing constant Jinshi rotations, usually at half bar. She has quite some interesting builds going on, just see what is fun to you and adapt to it.
@@user-yk7vr3ve9b This is my subjective opinion, from what I have seen Jirieru doing, and from what I have also done with the same comp: No. I would even argue you do way less damage. The thing is: You can clear Hazard 3 stars with it, if you min-max well. So in the end, you do less damage, but it's a different playstyle with the same character. My main con to this team is that you need to build Rover with Moonlight, but you need to have good stats, so that at least you can provide damage with ultimate. Meanwhile, I'm doing very good damage with my full energy moonlight set (was my old Sanhua kit) on Mortefi, even using Cadenza (just to be fast and smooth), and my full energy + def Rejuvenating set on Yuanwu, using Type IV as a weapon (this set I switched from my Verina)
nice video as always! just wondering if verina could still run the bell on moonlit set? iirc the dmg diff is just 2% heron giving 12% atk and bell 10% also thoughts on using yuanwu's charged E whenever forte gauge is full for the extra weakness break it gives or not worth the extra time on him?
Yes you can also run bell! Though you cannot stack 2 bell buffs at the same time. I don't think his charged E is worth it without some serious investment, but definitely a possibility
@@Benalecjohnthanks for the clarification!! didn't know bells couldnt stack 😭 bell is so much more satisfying to play than heron so was trying to avoid it
@@vrika4280 its a personal preference but i prefer playing bell with verina and since bell can also be on moonlit set, i was wondering if that could still work but seems im losing on 10% atk bonus
I felt like mortefi wasn't doing much, so it wasn't just me. I'm not sure who to replace him with since I prefer verina with yinlin, but I'll mess around. The rotations aren't what I worry about though, even though I have E0S1 (I think is how it's laid out in this game) Jinshi, she does like 36k max in her skill. I don't get how every is doing well over 100k lol
So I've been thinking since the heron is not gonna be always active as much as the healing 4pc set effect can we get away without casting the heron since yuanwu is really not benefiting from that heron buff? In this rotation the turtle is much more useful even if it's not up all the time, cuz it buffs the whole team.
@@joejunior4700 the Heron buff only activates on outro, so it's not going to Yuanwu but to Jinhsi instead. I'd say it's quite important to have both bird and turtle
If you were to Moonlit on Yuanwu, you'll need Marcato Gauntlet to speed up the concerto (4 star fist weapon with energy regen). You also can trigger its effect once every 20 seconds, so there might be a time where it doesn't proc. Quite easier to let Verina be the one holding moonlit, but if you want to, it can be done in reverse, just a bit clunkier.

about the yuanwu team rotation, dont you lose out on heron buff if you do heron in verina > switch cancel onto yuanwu > back to verina > outro to jinhsi? or is this buff carrying over when swapping like baizhis outro? because it says "...the next characters damage.."
You can also put rejuvinating set on yuawu and slap the 3 star weapon on him that heals the party memeber to trigger the attack buff and put moonlit set on verkna with heron to solve that issue.
Heron buff procs only when you cast your Outro skill, within the next 15 sec after you used the Echo. What this means is that in Yanwu rotation you are using Heron first, not proccing the Outro on Verina, then swap back to Verina to fill her Concerto and proc the Outro (and the Heron buff) on Jinshi. Heron buff description: If the current character uses their Outro Skill within the next 15s, the next character’s damage dealt will be boosted by 12% for 15s.
You can technically input as many swaps before 15 sec threshold then going back to the Heron holder to fill tha Concerto gauge and give it to the burst user.
Question If you were to mid invest on Echoes for Yuan Wu on Glow and Verina on Moonlit what would you go? Eg 4-3-3-1-1 Reason being I have a S4 yuan wu that Im wondering if I should build Defence and Energy Regen on And a Verina that if I put on Moonlit should I put Stringless on?
@@alexse1560 even without the sig I believe its only 2% worse to run attack so if your atk 3cost has one more good line like crit or atk it should perform better/equal.
I believe Yuanwu is the best in Single Target. And Yinlin in AOE scenario. For Calcs prove Jinhsi Discord calcs Yuanwu the Highest with 6% difference to Yinlin (this is single target). CN CC also calcs Yuanwu as the best Teammates for Jinhsi. They really value Single target a lot in there because middle tower and the end of left and right side is almost all about Boss Mortefi is lacking behind yinlin and Yuanwu.
Jinhsi does her usual combo ending with skill lazer,
outro to yinlin,
basic attack 1 2 3 cancel heavy, skill twice then judgemark,
swap to verina, ult, bell echo and get contorto gauge filled ASAP,
outro to Jinhsi combo and repeat.
as you can see everything becomes faster and simpler if you get Yinlin's outro out of the picture.
Do you have a faster kill time than 1 minute on the Heron, though?
no i dont. but that come down to me not having her weapon. you've misjudged the showcase here. the yinlin team in this video could have cleared the heron a lot sooner. its just that jinhsi missed her crit twice on her lazer and once with her ult. whereas the yuanwu showcase had her criting every single lazer
@@prophet4722 yeah i already tested it and yinlin by far the BIS for jinshi BUT as not everyone have her yuanwu is BIS for F2P.
You're doing it wrong. Verina ~ Yinlin ~ Jihnsi is the right rotation.
@@boykalkula2300 I have tried that out. But jinhsi yinlin verina just felt faster and better. If I had the moonlit on yinlin, I’d definitely be going that route
For yinlin u actually hold the ult till u use her forte heavy atk, u can easily skip forte animation and at the same time swap cancel echo animation this saves time.
thanks you so much. Now i can combo exactly :3
Good video. I think it would also be helpful to cover rotations for Verina alternatives.
Fantastic video! please do something similar for changli i honestly don't know who to run her with to bring out the most damage outta her.
Nice explaination, keep em up
11:58 wtf was that moan from Verina? Japanese dub's hitting different
the fact that i have verina on glow set and yuanwu on moonlit has made my jinhsi teams so miserable to use and i just can’t enjoy her the way i should be, so i’m gonna switch out the sets like you did and see how it goes
Sorry but, you use Heron on Verina and swap cancel to Yuanwu ? Heron's buff only applies to the next character, that's not good, no ?
I think Heron only buff the next character if current char use thier outro, and in this video i see he only swap cancel from verina to yuanwu but does not trigger outro, only after conplete does yuanwu things and swap back to verina, he do the verina’s outro to jinhsi, so i think jinhsi still take a buff from heron
🤦♂

Awesome guide. Will definitely sub and keep an eye out for future videos. Can you also include builds at the end? Thanks.
Oh btw I get full stacks of normal rotation of starting with verina>mortefi>jihnsi. It's all in the video ^-^
Whats the main stat and sub stat do i use for the moonlit verina on yuanwu team? is it 4cost Healing bonus (ER substat), x2 3cost ER (ER substat), x2 1cost ATK (ER substat)?
I have a very well built Yinlin, but you’re making me think I should build yuanwu
yuanwu doesn't need investment to work well with Jinhsi, no worries :) if you WANT to build him, though, go ahead of course
@@Benalecjohn I have been trying to use Yuanwu with Jinhsi. I just have to be careful because he has so little HP right now he’ll get one shot easily. I did end up pulling Jinhsi in the final few days of her banner, and while she has allowed me to get another dorito in the tower that I wasn’t able to get before even though she isn’t even fully built. I still kinda regret it. I just find her play style really clunky. Maybe once she’s fully built and doing tons of damage I’ll start to enjoy it.
Very underrated content creator. Please do a video on changli when she comes out.
can you try to showcase these runs again ?
Very useful video for. Thanks
Yes, it does work, the description does not match with how its function but yeah, it works.
You can easily test this yourself. Equip set, equip weapon, look at your ATK, punch something, look at it again.
This is great, what vsts would you recommend?
My Yinlin is pretty decently built, but running Jinhsi + Yinlin + Verina shaves 30s off of Heron vs the Yuanwu version.
I just hope that they release MORE UNIVERSAL SUPPORT, jesus, all the releases are DPS's 🤣... Verina is being stretched to all Team comps, my little girl cant handle multiple teams alone HAHAHAHA
Attack-Spectro on her 3 cost will only be good if she has her weapon. You should be running double spectro on her
can someone can please tell me wich mainstats and substats I need on the echos of Verina and Yuanwu ? Idkkk
i swear at 5:39 im hearing a league queue popping out, am i cooked ?
Is there a replacement for verina to use for other teams? Spectro rover, baizhi?
Baizhi for sure!
Where can i get that 3* gauntlet on yuanwu ? Can i craft it or from chest ? Also thanks for the video my man. Very informative ❤
It's a gacha one. You most definitely have it already.
@@nitogame ok thanks man
you probably can't answer this without a dps calculator but i'll ask for your take anyway: do you think there's a point of investment where it becomes worth it to build yuanwu with amity accord and the void thunder set over originite type iv and rejuvenating glow? maybe give him slightly more field time too to, say, cast his ult? or even in the highest case of investment is this a dps loss?
You can break sequence and swap into him while fightning parry heavy boss like Memphis or Crownless.
clean yuanwu rotation ty
My English is very bad, tell me Yuanwu needs an exo for shine restoration?
What yanwu weapon do I use with this latest update
Really hoping after changli we get another support like verina its rough having to resort to baizhi on some tower floors man
There should be an option in settings to adjust the UI for Ultra Wide users...
Question, i somehow got s4mortefi so can ai just use mortefi and yuanwu, kinda dont want to take verina from my calcharo,
Would it still work almost the same as everyone else here?
@@joaoleal2912 does half bar with res shred better than full bar?
@@joaoleal2912 so it's better to use 2 coordinated attack team?
nice video as always! just wondering if verina could still run the bell on moonlit set? iirc the dmg diff is just 2% heron giving 12% atk and bell 10%
also thoughts on using yuanwu's charged E whenever forte gauge is full for the extra weakness break it gives or not worth the extra time on him?
Yes you can also run bell! Though you cannot stack 2 bell buffs at the same time.
I don't think his charged E is worth it without some serious investment, but definitely a possibility
@@Benalecjohnthanks for the clarification!! didn't know bells couldnt stack 😭 bell is so much more satisfying to play than heron so was trying to avoid it
Because you want to have two Bells or why? If you already have Bell on Yuan, Heron seems good on Verina to help with her energy as well.
I don't get how every is doing well over 100k lol
yuanwu 4sure cause he is FREEEEEE, quick forte accumulator (yep he charge forte approximately yinlin) and if u dont have morte rc4 pls pick yuanwu

I'd say it's quite important to have both bird and turtle

do yuanwu have ti use the healing set for it to work ? or it can just be the other way around verina using healing set and yuanwu using moonlit set
yuanwu in moonlit set would need field time to proc outro skill and benefit from the set bonus
@@vjaay6748 ohh yeah i forgot that, damn time to farm some moonlit set again i guess for verina

Heron buff description:
If the current character uses their Outro Skill within the next 15s, the next character’s damage dealt will be boosted by 12% for 15s.

You can technically input as many swaps before 15 sec threshold then going back to the Heron holder to fill tha Concerto gauge and give it to the burst user.

in terms of overall dps of whole team who is the best?
I think they say mortefi s4 single target, yinlin multiple targets
I believe Yuanwu is the best in Single Target. And Yinlin in AOE scenario.
For Calcs prove Jinhsi Discord calcs Yuanwu the Highest with 6% difference to Yinlin (this is single target). CN CC also calcs Yuanwu as the best Teammates for Jinhsi. They really value Single target a lot in there because middle tower and the end of left and right side is almost all about Boss
Mortefi is lacking behind yinlin and Yuanwu. Even at S6, His number still behind Yuanwu. Basically he got outplay in every cases, In single target Yuanwu its better, In AOE Yinlin Its better and give some liberation buff too. This on top a lot of people not have e4 mortefi in the first place
Yuanwu is the most comfortable to play
required zero investment, heal, good coordinate attack only from skill unlike mortefi and yinlin.
