These painting guides are genuinely great!
Cheers @Croatoam97, very much appreciated! :)
I’m two years late, but beautiful job and following this video I learned some new techniques while painting my own Vampire Lord. Thank you!
Cheers @viaschizogeny, very much appreciated! The Gravelords are some of my favourite miniatures! :)
Hello and thanx, I buy it last week but I was afraid of painting this beautiful mini 🎉
Fantastic Rob. These are very cool models. So much detail.
Cheers Jono, very much appreciated! :) Yeah, I love them, REALLY like the look and feel of the ones I've painted up so far! :)
Nice Work, very nice
Cheers Colin, very much appreciated! :)
Gotta love the new Soulblight! :)
Looks great Rob!
Cheers John, very much appreciated! :)
Great work !
Cheers Lich King, very much appreciated! :)
Cool 😎 as always 👍
Cheers Jess, very much appreciated! :)
GW made the model look goofy. You've made it look great!
Ahhh cheers Jarrod, very much appreciated! :) I was the same when I first saw it, wasn't too impressed, but when I was building it I thought the model looked ace! :)
i already painted this vampire lord, 1:26 into the video, wait... what gem? oh...
Haha! Man, I was gutted when I spun the GW rotating pic round and realised. I was past the point where I thought the mace was as good as done. Devoed! haha :)
What did you use for the ground of the base? I’ve used a few different technical paints from Citadel and was curious what this was. Thanks! Great job!
Cheers Michael, very much appreciated! :)
It's Citadel Astrogranite (50/50 mixed with Astrogranite Debris, I find one too dry and the other too wet) for the grey bits, and Citadel Stirland Battlemire for the brown bits. I think most of my bases are just one of the texture paints or other. :)
great work... although my eldest has nabbed this one off me lol
Cheers Spacetoy, very mich appreciated! :)
Haha! Gutted! It is a lovely miniature, hopefully you’ll either get a go of it one day! 🤣
Wow, thanks so much for that nice tutorial!aybe you could tell me wehre you got the "higher plant" from? It adds so much to the base!
Cheers SnobStyle, very much appreciated! :) It's the Tall Shrubbery from Green Stuff World. I picked a load of stuff up to do a bit of a review of it, but not got round to it yet. I love the tall bits, they really make it look good. :)
@@BrushandBoltgun I never thanked you for you response to my question.. So thank you very much :)
After you told me about the tall shrubbery from green stuff I just ordered my own! Any tips on how to stick em to the base?
