Awesome work mate. I just picked these guys up along with Cursed City, I've warmed upto the idea of using contrast paints due to the amount of plastic to paint, tutorials like this are great for speeding up the process. Keep it up mate.
Very nicely done! I haven't picked these guys up yet but fully intend to, along with potentially starting a Soulblight army once all the new goodies are released.
While red and green are complimentary colors, I find it can be a very dangerous combination because if you are not careful, you will quickly end up painting what looks like a Christmas ornament.
Wonderful tutorial as always! Any chance you could do a tutorial for the Lumineth Realm Lords unit/hero Sevireth Lord of the wind(the foxy guy)? I can literally find nothing on how to paint the model and it's kinda daunting.
Another great tutorial. May I ask why you used Nun oil over gold and not Agrax or Sepia? I would have thought that a reddish/brown shade you fit better a golden background than black.
Thin the paint with water/medium - if there is a sharp edge, drag the tip of the brush along it, otherwise use the point of the brush - make sure to not have too much paint on the brush also
Really a godsend. The warhammer official paint scheme lets say left a lot to be desired. Great job as always
Cheers! Glad you like it!
Agreed Mr Dog, worst Warhammer video in a loooong time.
I'll have to check it out now haha
Agree with that mate
Amazing work! Rarely do i copy every step on tutorials, but I'm definitely going to on this one! ❤
The end result more than does the mini justice. The armour is excellent.
Cheers mate!
I love the pale cold colors with the warm red colors
Thanks - glad you like it!
best Crimson Court how to paint on TH-cam! I hope to see the rest
Thanks! I'll definitely have more bits of them in short format, and I'l be doing some more vampire stuff too!
Love the camera 2 on the palette! Great vids mate
Thanks Tom - glad you like them!

Great job coach
Cheers pal!
Great video! Any chance you cud do the Ephilim warband as the official warhammer tutorial isn't great.
Probably not I'm afraid - they aren't on my list
Question, If I wanted to paint his eyes red instead of white, what would be the best shade of red to use?
Really depends on how you want them to look. Dark crimson try khorne red, bright and bloody try evil sunz
New to your Channel! Awesome tutorials, man!
Subscribed!!
Thank you - welcome! I appreciate the sub!
@@ThePaintingCoach couldn't afford to lose it, Coach!

Thanks - I can't guarantee I will have space but I will see - it's a cool model! Have a look at how I painted celennar - might give you some ideas
@@ThePaintingCoach Thank you for considering it!

Thanks - I wanted a dirtier more worn look for the gold, so that it was almost a brass colour
I dont have any contrast paints, is it possbile to substitute somehow Flesh tearers red with something else?
You could try carroubourg crimson, or really thin khorne red 👍🏻
@@ThePaintingCoach thank you! also, great work, love your vids!
No problem- thanks for your support!
How do you do so thin layer of paint on your brush, then you make a final highlights? I dont indetstand...!

Hi, is there is any chance to see all of yours the crimson court minis? I'm wondering what kind of colors did u use for others.
I'm afraid I haven't painted them yet 😱

Thank you! No I am not - I think I am far off that standard!
@@ThePaintingCoach your top tier mate!
Thanks Kyle - appreciate it!!!
Why do u do the gold before the redon the armor
Easier to clean up that way round
Hey why do you fully assemble the model, then paint it? Wouldn't it be easier to paint the pieces individually, then assemble it?
It depends on the model - some I use sub assemblies and some not 👍🏻
Could you do a tutorial on pink armour. I struggle a lot when painting my emperor's children.
I will get round to them eventually 👍🏻
Can you do a blood ravens tutorial next !
I'll add it to the list - in the meantime check out my flesh tearer video as that's how I'd do Blood Ravens 👍🏻
Nice
Thanks!
First? O_o
Fire tutorial as always, thank you!
First haha! Glad you liked it
i will use this for my blood angels
Sounds good - I also have a full Blood Angels tutorial on the channel 👍🏻
@@ThePaintingCoach I dont like it, so i use this
