From the towering peaks of the Himalayas to the lush rainforests of the Amazon, from the vast savannahs of Africa to the pristine fjords of Scandinavia, Whether it's the cascading waterfalls of South America, the serene lakes of Canada, the vibrant coral reefs of Australia, or the majestic national parks of the United States, nature's blessings are dispersed across the globe.
Let us celebrate and appreciate the treasures bestowed upon different regions, understanding that each place has its own unique blend of natural wonders.

You are such a beautiful soul🕉❤🤗 I love your way of thinking. When you said that when you grow your own food the consciusness about what your body actually needs to eat comes naturally I was so inspired and motivated, thank you❤
That is beautiful to hear! Thanks Martina💫
This is the first time I have seen your channel. I really, really, enjoyed watching your video. I spent over a month in Mumbai India a few years ago and fell in love with the Indian people. I have always thought the more tropical areas of India are the most beautiful. I would love to hear how you came to live in India, and if you live there by yourself. You are living my dream. Thank you.
Hi I am from chattisgarh it's also very beautiful place please visit
I was truly captivated by the video showcasing your inspiring life in the beautiful rural landscapes of India. Your profound connection with nature and your commitment to preserving its wonders are truly commendable. The way you care for the land, planting seeds and nurturing vibrant fruits and vegetables, is a testament to your deep respect for the environment.
It is heartwarming to witness your generosity in providing food for the animals that share your surroundings. Your actions reflect a genuine understanding of the interconnectedness between humans and the natural world. Your dedication to sustainable living serves as a shining example for us all.
Thank you for reminding us of the beauty and abundance that can be found when we harmonize with nature. Your unwavering commitment to preserving the environment and nurturing its offerings is truly inspiring. You are an embodiment of the positive change that each one of us can make in our own lives.
Wishing you continued success in your efforts and may your passion for nature continue to inspire others around the world.
With deep admiration and appreciation..
She is living so peacefully with nature. Real life heaven.
It was so so calming to watch you plant and just walk in your garden. Wishing you all the abundance in your garden and home. Thank you for sharing.
Yes
not a lot of people know but India is a heaven on the planet. Rich of natural beauty and rich in culture and rich in knowledge.
This is so inspiring. I hope I get the patience and dedication to work on my own food forest someday. Thanks for creating such beautiful content❤
Agree and dream too
Congratulations for 10k 😊❤🥳

@@MyFoodForest You are so beautiful ❤️
Thank you for posting I was missing you! You have no idea how much you have inspired me. I started a garden and always go back to your videos for inspiration and knowledge. Your soul is fire 🔥 Love and Light from tropical Puerto Rico 🙏♥️🌏🌿
Wow thanks a lot ! It is great to hear that the videos are helpful! I always wanted to visit Puerto Rico , must be a good climate there to grow your own food!
@@MyFoodForest You must visit! Nature here is magical. Everything that you are growing in your beautiful garden grows so well here too! That is why everything you teach is so precious to me! I can immediately go outside and apply it 🥰🙌♥️🌎
Wow.... Living a dream... 😍😍....Food in the garden is worth more than money in the bank..... 👍🏻👍🏻
But plz be careful bcuz in this season #King_Cobra is very common in sheds.. Use gumboot and keep a long stick to shake the bushes before u going through it.
Thank you for sharing your built paradise 🇮🇳🙏
So pretty !!! I also loved when I had wild pineapples from an old abandoned field and they were only half the size of store pineapples and so honey sweet like nectar and no acid at all . In fact , since I lived on Maui and had papayas , avocadoes and bananas and many other fruits , I truly can't eat the store fruits here on the mainland , they are so bad compared to the real things . I so miss them .
yes, i know what you mean ...once we try the real stuff we get spoiled and there is no going back ti the store bought fruits
I loved how you said the pineapple was the best thing you ever tasted. I feel this way with the first of anything from my garden - I ate the first cucumber of the year last week, and I thought it was the best thing I ever tasted. I'm certain I will say the same thing when the first kohlrabi is ready to eat, and the first melon...
I love your morning routine. It’s so refreshing and healthy. You have a beautiful connection with nature and yourself. 🌿
This is the life i always wished to live, close to mother nature soon i will make my dream come true...🥰,nd God bless you and stay safe.
Ohh..Dear...you are the blessed one, with ONENESS IN NATURE...❤

Wow thank you so much for your videos I have discovered this weekend ! I am French and arrived at Cameroon some months ago and discovering the tropical nature that is so abundant and. your videos help me not only to discover the plants but to inspire me and confirm how I imagined to grow as I learnt in permaculture. You're so close to Nature and simple life, and that is beautiful ! thanks again PS: improving my English at the same time ;-)

Congratulations Sarah! You inspired me ❤️ i wish to grow my own food forest too 😊
That papaya must be very sweet. I miss the freshly harvested fruits back home. Love your very inspiring videos....
I saw this vidoe and im missing home now. My granny used to collect papaya from her garden and make papaya jam and halwa with homemade ghee. I can still remember the divine taste and the intoxicating aroma . It filled the house . She used to grow so many varieties of roses and pluck for me everyday to keep it on my braided hair.our house was full of coconut and babana trees so my granny used to make broom stick from the dried coconut tree leaf and served hot meals on a banana leaf. Im very blessed to have enjoyed all these luxurious things in my life and going to give the same to my wee one.
Oh! This is beautiful, l love the way you nurture your garden and how you live off the land, no wonder you look great, who wouldn't, with the diet you have. Fantastic video. But, sorry, the award goes to your cats, they are adorable, and full of life, just like you ❤

Your garden its so beautiful full of life you dedication your rewards full of food your cats yes it does inspire others to do the same thank you. Ah the rain wuaoo...
Try to plant some best medicinal trees. Like 1. Illupai tree(you can use flower for tea instead of sugar, fruit like avacado, seeds used to make oils). 2. Fire flame tree( in Tamil Purasu tree - flower are used as natural colouring agent, having so much medicinal properties).
Thanks for the tips! I grow avocado trees , but they will take some time to fruit! I will research the other trees - thanks
@@MyFoodForest I said that illupai fruit look and taste like avacado.
My ancestors were from India. it's my hope to visit one day. Your vlog is making me wish to make this visit soon.😊.

Lovely garden!! Would like to know name of this place.
Every admirer of nature would desire to live a calm life like this, "Close to nature". 🍃
I live in US and just got back from India. I truly feel like returning back to my country!
Beautiful garden. Suggest that you use Straw (not Hay) for mulch. The latter seeds and will grow grass all over the area.
I just found your channel. I just love what you are doing and how you are doing it. I will follow your garden’s journey and would love to hear more about your life in India. Best wishes all the way from Santa Barbara, California, USA.
It’s very peaceful watching your videos. You should look into drip irrigation if you haven’t already. It’s fairly cheap and saves a lot of water.
It is a beautiful, inspiring video. Thanks for sharing this. Can you please tell me how did you find this place?
Hello Sarah ..i randomly scrolled your channel and so far scrolled your videos more than 10-15 times ..i must say your content is superb ..looking further for more gardening videos ❤
I recently got roughly 30 loads of wood chips for free. I’ve been spreading it out a little at a time. I hope that I can get some more next year when they start trimming trees in my area again.
Amazing...would you please share how to pick out a sweet one; what are the indications of ripe sweet one? Here in usa grocery stores, I never get the right one. Never sweet and nor yummy..
Congratulations , Sarah your quality videos are helpful for indan food forest growers 👌🙏
Wow, thank you!

Good morning Sarah! I just discovered your channel and am delighted. We are about as far away from each other as we can get. I am in a some what small town in a series of small towns on the way to Missoula MT in one direction and Salmon ID in the other going north and south. I envy you your papaya and bananas and all your lush environment. I could not take the heat however. We are still getting some dustings of snow here but spring is showing it’s face with green green grass and daffodils. I will enjoy catching up on your videos. God bless you💕
4:48 that’s my fvrt ❤ vegetable the leaf are soo tasty
simple living but I can see the happiness. living with a healthy foods around you is the best. you really love planting and that is good. you can save the expenses.
This video is really inspirational! 😍 Your food forest is very beautiful and awesome. I learned a lot from watching it. I also got a small load of hay for my turmerics, but after watching your video, I thought I should get more hay to cover up my garden. We have just begun to transform our home garden into a food forest. Right now we are growing cassava, sweet potatoes and chili. My papaya plants were all destroyed due to some sort of white pest. 😢 Do you have any tips on how to deal with that? Thanks for sharing your amazing journey with us! 🙏
It's Mealybug.
Methods
1: Wash Mealybugs Away.
2: Use Isopropyl Alcohol.
3: Spray With Insecticidal Soap.
4: Use Neem Oil.
5: Introduce Predatory Insects.
6: Use Homemade Insect Spray.
7: Use Synthetic Chemical Pesticide.
This is the life I want to live. Thanks for sharing your happiness.
So nice to see this. Encourages me to work on my own fruit farm.
Wishing you all the best.
I'm a Filipino. You can make delicious "Chicken Tinola Soup * with green papaya.

You are living the life I have aspired for. Truly satisfying
Very beautiful garden and your lifestyle. You are just living in a green dream land. I am also planning to start a garden like you. Can you please let know what was the initial cost of starting this garden?
🙏 Salute to you Mam. Wonderful , motivating life. All d best.
We used to have our own food forest in Kolkata for 70 years ever since 1960s. Unfortunately, it became difficult to maintain because of burglars stealing off fruits and encroachment by local hooligans. Had to ultimately give it to a local builder for redevelopment. Now it's all gone. Maybe in future I will try again, in the Northeast Bengal
sorry to hear that!
Nice garden dear
Beautiful nature .where is this place....God bless you

I do love green and your hard work. Really appreciate
Do you use electrical dehydrator for drying excess pappaya.....pls let us know the best method
I love the environment it's full of life much ❤❤
I stumbled upon your vlog and thought a foreigner visited where I'm from. But you live there doing one of the toughest work! How did you end up in India miss? I was curious through out the video looking at all the hard work.
You have a very beautiful garden..may I ask what is the size of the food forest you have and how much food you are able to produce annually?
Thanks Vinod ! My garden is a little less than a quarter of an acre! I am pretty self sustained and grow more that I can eat:)
Very beautiful and inspiring. Your voice too is in harmony with your surroundings. I really wish I could meet you. Best wishes. God bless you always.
Which village is your garden, absolutely amazing.
It's unfortunate that India has to learn from her how to live in a farmhouse. Hope the message spreads to many people, especially who live in cities and have some land in their villages. If they can spend some time over the weekends and building such farms than its great for them, the local environment and the economy. It largely increases the green cover. This has given me an understanding now to buy an acre of land so that I can have a decent garden of my own a perfect weekend getaway.
This is how we live in Kerala.
Extremely satisfying...
