    I love moringa too. Its called Moorunga maram in Tamil. I Love making tea or soup with those flowers and young leaves.
    Trivia - In South India there is a folk tale that Moringa trees are usually haunted and are visited by spirits or ghosts at night. :P

    Good morning Sarah!! I also make Moringa powder with the leaves of my Moringa trees, I use my coffee grinder when the leaves are fully dry and add the powder to my salads and smoothies it has really helped my arthritis that I started having in my 40's, now early 50's it gives me energy and helps me feel great, thanks for sharing another video of your beautiful garden💕🌿

    Thank you so much for this! I have one of these in my backyard that I planted. Couple of questions...how do you replant the limbs to grow new ones, exactly, and also with regard to the seed pods, do you just plant them like that and they grow from there? And I was told that you can eat too much moringa at one time and end up in the hospital and it doesn't take much. But your smoothie bowl looks like quite a bit?

    Nice to see how you can use the leaves 🍃 and seeds of the moringa tree. I'm growing one from seed in a pot. It's now 2 m high but I have to keep it inside in winter. So it's good to know that you can cut the branches and grow new trees because the seeds that I have are very old by now.

    Please can you send me Moringa seeds?! I’m desperate to grow them in Spain but all the seeds I buy I can’t get to germinate. Yours look five times the size of the ones I’m getting. 🙏 Happy to pay. You should have a seed shop 😃

    Humidity is always too high where I live to air dry herbs. So I use an electric dehydrator. Some times I might be able to use a solar dehydrator.

    • @MyFoodForest
      @MyFoodForest  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Same here , the humidity is to high most times to make moringa powder and other dehydrated foods. A dehydrater is a good thing to have in our area.

    Why don't you ever cook your food?

    • @MyFoodForest
      @MyFoodForest  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      because I feel the best eating raw living foods . By cooking we destroy most of the precious nutrients and enzymes that we need to thrive. And also it is much easier to prepare and eat raw foods. I was running a restaurant for many years and do not feel the need to cook anymore and make the food into something different that it is provided by nature.

    I did not know that about Moringa seeds in relation to the sweetness. I will have to try. Also if you zest the seed pods when they are green they are like eating Wasabi. That’s why the tree is also known as the Horseradish tree. Thank you for this video, was amazing 🙏🙏🙏

      oh and I did not know that about the green seedpots, how interesting!!! I love wasabi, and usually make some wasabi tasting paste from some green leafs that have a similar taste. Defenetly will try this out today:)
