I have owned 2 Internationals . A 1938 1 ton , and a 1953 Longbed 1/2 ton . The 38 was a faded paint creampuff ,pulled out of a wheat field barn . ran good 42 ,000 miles . Only used at harvest .

Nice video Levi. I never made it to the nationals.
Well you should definitely do that!!
That orange 392 was bas ass
Yeah super clean rig!! One of my favorites.
Did you make the rear lift hatch (That is a Traveler correct?) or did it come from another Scout?
Cool video cool truck I didn’t know that the traveler has a half hatch for the back !
Where could I find one for my traveler ?
Thanks for watching! They werent like that from the factory. You have to cut down the old liftgate.
Just bought a barn find Scout. Looked like a lot of trucks there. Do regular Scouts go or just custom ones?
Bring whatever you have.
I have a question I have a 1967 international 1000b with 304 I looking for a carb what's the best and where can I find one
350 cfm holley is about as close as you get with a new carb. May even have to drop a couple jet sizes to get it dialed.
Title says 'biggest IH show in country". I know many events and shows suffered and are still attempting to build back up from Covid years.. is that the case here? You mentioned near end '176' registered IH vehicles at show.. Is that just ones actually being judged..? It just seems like a low number for the 'biggest' Hopefully lots of attendees in IH vehicles as seeing what others have done and brung or just drove there with is nice to see too. Perhaps weather was a factor .. too HHH can really cut into participation.
I think this year was definitely a lower head count than previous years. I think 300 is roughly one of the largest turnouts. Not sure what contributed to the lower attendance this year. Change of venue. heard some people say their kids were graduating. ECT ECT. You have to remember though that this is an IH show. Not a general car show. Production numbers on these don't equal the big three.
@@OldIronOffroad I think 300 is roughly one of the largest turnouts. Not sure what contributed to the lower attendance this year. - no doubt many things but if it were just a Scout/II event then those are maybe what I'd expect but since it's an IH nationals with all the types and models made over the years I was surprised at those numbers.. Thanks for your reply and your vids.. Glad your better half is much better :)
