Well yesterday the no air was coming from the vents and today it's perfectly normal blowing like new . my professional mechanic friend said it's not the filter . it's the relay or blower motor 15 Fusion SE 2.5 L.
@@robrobert3438 finally took it to a mechanic and it was the compressor. $200 labor ( which is very inexpensive) plus parts like $159 and a few other parts. Got them on eBay
It is dependent on the vehicle. Some vehicles have cabin filters located under the cowling, but if it was a 2013 Fusion, like the one seen here, that likely would not work.
This installation has more steps than your average cabin air filter change, but fortunately this one is not too difficult as long as you take your time. Best of luck!
@@josephfrank1472 really, This is what a Ford owner has to go through? I'll bet that cabin air filter has never been changed in my daughter's 2013 car she purchased six months ago. I'll do it this weekend, and remain a Chevy guy.
really Ford??? my old Fusion and my Chevy Equinox where a breeze.. maybe when it stops blowing any air at all I'll find a new car before I rip the dash apart... LOL 😂 Ford engineering must have their heads up their backsides

I just had an oil change and they changed my cabin filter by going through the firewall not the glove box. Did I get scammed?
