    I'm 17 and I am suffering from pcod bcuz of this I didn't even get my periods. Mere kuch family members toh bohot kuch glt smjh rahe hai isse mujhe pta chl gaya ki mere kuch family members ki soch kitni khraab thi..       Brisk walking daily for 45 mins
      Mediation at night before sleeping for 10 mins
      Early morning -
      1 glass of lukewarm water add 1/4 tsp of cinnamon powder,a pinch of pepper powder +1/2 lemon juice ( only if it suits you)
      After 1/2 an hr
      4 almonds and 2 walnuts
      In breakfast before 9:00 am : any one option - oats ( rolled ) with veggies or besan ormoongdal chillas add veg or veg poha or veg upma or 1 egg bhurji with 1 medium roti
      Mid morning : 1 fruit
      Lunch -1:30 ( before 2pm) - 1 bowl salad ( add sprouts or moong or chickpea) or have 1 katori dal or 1 medium piece of chicken or fish no fried only grilled or baked or with gravy+ 2 small roti or 1 smalll bowl of brown rice + 1 katori sabzi + curd or buttermilk
      After lunch - 1 tsp of flaxseeds with warm water
      Evening 5:00 - 1 cup of green tea
      At 6:00- 1 fruit
      anyone options
      (a handful of roasted chana/12-15makhana/kurmura/nachni or 1 moongdal khakra/air popped popcorn)
      Have Early Dinner 8:30 pm - 1 bowl of salad or soup compulsory sabzi,2 small roti+dal/ 3-4 tikka size pieces low fat paneer/ non veg chicken or fish (1medium)+ curd or buttermilk
      OR
      Sometime if u want variety
      1 bowl of dhalia/quinoa/oats/bajra/jowar khichdi with veggies + 1 glass of buttermilk+salad
      After Dinner - 1 tsp of flaxseeds + 1 glass of warm water
      Bed time - 10:30 - 1 glass of warm water+ 1/2 tsp of organic turmeric
      Avoid papad,pickles,junk food,fast food ready to eat meals,bakery items,processed food,maida and maida products,cold drinks, dates,fried items, buffalo milk,sweets,icecream,desserts
      Oil - 4 tsp per day, 1/2 litre per person per mnth.(ricebran oil, saffola gold,saffola total,sundrop heart)
      Salt: 1 tsp per day, no sprinkling on top of salads
      Drink - 3 litres of water
      Limited potato,sweet potato,arbi,suran raw banana.
      Drink chai seeds water u can add lemon ( 1 litre water+ 1 tbsp chia seeds+lemon + honey + jeera pd) shake n keep it for 2 hrs finish it in entire day

I am not able to find the correct way to cure this although i am taking medicines but i am not able to get satisfactory results..

    But what about the people who cant able to afford fruits or vegetables every day ,and what if family members doesn't understand your problems & always keeps on complaining about your anxiety ,really its very tough to get out of pcos with these kind of situations instead of curing I'm getting into stress becoz of family problems , its easy for people to solve pcos who are financially well,

    Yes guys changing life style is must ..I was diagnosed with pcos went to multiple doctors and i rembembered when a doctor told me “sab bhagwan key barosey chodo” periods skip ho to mey kya karun jo pill deta hunggg woh to khatey nahi ho …I was traumatised coz i in my family gen also no one heard about pcod…but i kept on searching through net its remedies and went on ayurvedic trt and believe after completly avoided junk foods and involve my self in yoga med and all…now. Iam completly doing fine …..yes its quite challenging to deal with it all moods wings..bloating..horm imbalance but dont loose hope and keep your self motivated lots of love too alll ladies out there❤️❤️❤️❤️

      Hello , I can guide you. Follow the things said in this channel. Along with that eat only millets and also drink kashayams. I can send you the PDF on how to do all these.
      There are total 5 types of millets
      1.Little millets(cleanses reproductive systems)
      2.Brown-top millets (cleanses digestive system)
      3.Foxtail millet (good for nervous system)
      4.Kodo Millet (cleanses blood)
      5.Barnyard millet (repairs endocrine function)
      Eat these millets . Each millet for two days. So in 10 days u will cover all five types. There is a way to ferment it and eat. It's called AMBALI in telugu.
      Steps to make AMBALI
      soak any of the above millet for 8 hours , slowly cook it and than tie a cloth to the pot with cooked millets in it and let it ferment it for 8 hours. Do not add curd/buttermilk to it. Just let it be. It has its own probiotics n good amount of fibre.........feel free to message me.what ever doubt you have.

    I m doctor and suffered from pcod..diagnosed one yr back in USG report...at tht time I m living in hostel since 5 yrs for my medical study...I ate maiz food nd outing stuff like fried foods,plastic packed stuff,potato chips,fried masala snacks etc with my Maiz food bcz my Maiz food was tasteless...and normal tape water wasnt available at room so I was drinking cane water...after tht I diagnosed tiny kidney stone with pcod...I visit gynecologist fr pcod....she was given some test with medication...i didn't follow tht medication bcz I was like my symptoms worse with tht...only taken 5 tablet from 60...then I was leave my hostel previous yr after my completion of medical degree...I m living at home and eating only ghar ka healthy khana...with more vegetables like bittergaurd, cucumber,spinach,with fruits nd plenty of clean tape water... seriously I m not taking any particular medicine for this condition... life style modification and homoeopathy treatment I did..now today after one yr I hve done my USG nd seriously guys it's totally normal...m quite happy...I was thinking like my pcod never reverse...but no...u can reverse it with life style modification.

      I decided to keep my body healthy. I understood the food eating habits should be healthy to stay fit. Because what we eat will effect our health. So I gave up eating food cooked last night. Since I am working I don’t want to spend lot of time in cooking. I started eating fruits and raw vegetables.
      In morning I drink one glass warm water I make fruits smoothie and eat one apple 🍎 in Breakfast everyday. For lunch I pack salad or raw vegetables 🥕 I store in refrigerator. In dinner I eat fresh home cooked food. Brown rice with any sabji cooked in stainless steel pan. Or vegetables dalia or quinoa. I don’t eat chapatti’s I am not fond of chapatti’s ☺️.
      Even if you eat just one apple for lunch you won’t feel hungry. 😍 I feel so energetic after my lunch (salad) everyday. I understood food cooked day before eating next day is a poison ☠️. I want to stay healthy and fit for rest of my life.
