I always do what the doctors recommend to me to get rid of it i wash my face,i sleep earlier,i dont eat oily foods,using products that the doctor recommended to me,etc but still they are coming back😢
Mee too! But I remember during my active days (before covid), I went to the gym almost everyday and my friends told me that my skin is glowing as if I’ve never had any skin issues. But now i rarely exercise and i noticed that my acne keeps coming back at the same spot. So i do believe that the solution would be exercising more
Ok, i have a 100% constant morning and night routine, i dont drink milk and dont use make up , i am on differine since february , plant base diet, no sugar , just in fruits, …than why it is still coming back ??? 3 months was everithing perfect, all acne disappeared and now from one day to next day it is all over my jawline … why ?? I didn't change anything. Not diet, not routine… all my products are without alcohol, parfum… and I am still on differine gel …
My acne is getting worse. Feel like I'm losing my mind - absolutely nothing works. No matter what products I use, there is never any difference. I've tried dozens and dozens of different cleansers, moisturizers and BP products. Can anyone please recommend a product I've not tried? Something new?

Chances are it’s probably hormonal or another health issue. People need to understand the difference between breakouts and acne. One is because of bad hygiene, the other is a health concern that you can’t prevent. Unfortunately acne isn’t always about hygiene.
After giving birth to my 4child I had breakouts for 1 year now it is so embarrassing I am shy going out with my husband..one thing I can't do I cannot exfoliate my face because of big hurty bumps

I took accutane for 2 years and it was all for nothing ☹️

What if you don’t wear make up at night and you have nice hygiene and a good diet?
I have acne and I don't wear make up and I wash my face and I eat healthy, but my acne is still there.
