- Went out to Fort Bragg on the hunt for Albacore. We thought the fish were going to be 10 to 12 miles out but ended up going 30 on our 16 foot Arima Sea Chaser!!!

No, my kicker pulls fuel from main tank!! Hope that helps
@@BlueCoastFishing what r your two cents on most break downs being from bad fuel. That's why they say runntwo.
@@jacobgreen6939 In my opinion, I think if you go cheap on fuel (anything less than premium) you’re asking for trouble especially if you’re leaving your boat out for long periods of time without starting your boat or taking it out for a cruise. If you do use cheap fuels then definitely add fuel stabilizers, also over the winter helps even if using premium fuels.. extra piece of mind!!

i must say your wife is a trooper, not only did she handle the swells really well but she pulled up her fair share of the fish. i can't even convince my wife to spend 45 minutes to go out and pull up some crab pots so we can get an extra limit. :-/
Yea she did awesome!!! It’s definitely cool to be able to enjoy fishing with the wife!!! And another limit is never bad either!!!

We've got a arima 17' sea pacer out of Crescent City and did well with the albacore last year, how did you set up your kicker mount? I noticed it wasn't moving. Also what size kicker?
jeff vw Nice thats a good arima too!!! The kicker has a locking action on the mount.. nothing special it moves when it gets really bumpy but otherwise its ok. I did just add a new mounting bracket with extra bolts so it should be even better now!!! My kicker is a 7.5 honda

Why netting instead of gaffing?
Had a gaff but seemed easy to net them!! Maybe next time I’ll gaffe the fish and see what works easier!! Thanks for watching

Hey Terence, thanks for watching... My arima has a 24 gal fuel tank and i took an extra 15 gallons. Came back to harbor with an extra 5 gal tank and like 2 gallons in my main tank so i burned up about 32 gallons

@@BlueCoastFishing Thanks for the information. Reason I asked because I am interested in one too but the dealer standard engines for this size are only from 40-60hp. I think it is underpowered. I like the Yamaha 75hp but I concern about the weight (353 lbs). How are you doing? I am looking forward to watching your up coming videos soon.

Tam Nguyen heck yea brother its awesome fishing 🎣!! I have a 24 gallon gas tank and took an extra 15 gallons of fuel... came back with 1 full 5 gal tank and like 3 gals in my main tank.. Total trip was about 97 miles

A little (minuscule) TINY amount of respect for the fish you so love by just bonking them on the head to put them out of their misery instead of letting them flop around like that. Takes a second or two. Makes absolutely ZERO sense keeping them alive to suffer like that. Show absolutely no respect and no gratitude for the animal. Sad shit right there. Would've easily supported this channel with a like and a sub, but that shit just make no sense to me. Land it and bonk it. Easy as fuck to do.
