Why I switched from a 2018 Ram 2500 Big Horn to a new 2024 3500 Duramax LTZ. Would have bought a Ram but they are outdated now.
I remember when tradesman were worth 30-50k
Hang on I gotta find my sharpie and add few zero's to the $100s ... kool truck over all, I like this trim level. Ty for sharing.
Hey Ben can you do a review on the 2023 Ram 1500 Tradesman Warlock?
The radio display is tiny, but the stereo itself sounds quite good for work truck spec.
Great video Ben. I have a question, are the 2024’s also equipped with the cylinder deactivation??
I just bought my this past Friday and have only put about 35 miles. We'll this morning going to church with my kids, a car in front of me hit the brakes suddenly and I hit the brakes the brakes and turned right on a street. Long and behold the truck dies on me and I lose steering almost crashed. I was like WTF and notified the dealership. They said to bring in the morning to the service center. Hopefully no one else has experienced this. This should not happen.
I just ordered a 2024 Ram 2500 Big Horn Crew Cab 4X4 6’4” Box Monday March, 25. What month will I get it?
COOL
𝐑𝐀𝐌!
🤦🏼♂️ $59k msrp. I bought my 2020 6.4 Tradesman 6’4 bed for $46k msrp. Dealerships always ask more for the 6.4’s than they do for the 8 ft beds.
The only difference I see are the mirror changes.
These prices are ridiculously high and makes me wonder how much higher can they go? There has to be a price cap in the near future. Or maybe not.
No doubt good trucks. But the prices are getting just WAY too high.
all support
this truck is powerful
Just got mine today found a 2024 with 759 miles for $46.999
usually no updates for years means cheaper pricing unless you think you can make your customers fund your trash electric truck development
Why is no one talking about their crappy cylinder deactivation?? I have a 2020 6.4 and I hate the cylinder deactivation, also from what I researched it harms the engine in the long run way after your 36k mile warranty.
Actually there is more electrical issues😃
All these uninformed comments and inaccurate title. Technically the title is correct, but it's click bait. I just priced a 2023 & 2024 2500 BH 6.4L w/Sport package and a good bit of other options. The price increases the way I optioned it out is $835. 2023 is $69305 & 2024 is $70140. And adding the sport package to a Level 1 Big Horn gives you the 12" display. I'd say Ram did something good for only a $835 increase, especially for that package. I'm not saying these trucks haven't gotten ridiculously expensive in the last couple years, but a $835 increase is not outrageous. Automakers have made the market to where we as consumers are constantly looking for the next best thing within a few years after a model change. This truck is barely 5 years old. Automakers used to change vehicles 5yrs plus. Now there are mid cycle refreshes and nearly all new models in less time. I'm not sure what more we need in vehicles. I just sold my 2022 3500 Longhorn Cummins SRW CCSB 4x4 and it had more features inside than I wanted or needed. One feature that didn't even work most of the time (UC 5). I will say, I was interested in the model I listed above, but I don't even think it's worth it. Yes, the truck I bought in 2022 was almost $10K more and I couldn't even buy the same truck for anywhere close to what I paid for the it then compared to now, but I made money off of it still. So either get one when prices may level out or wait for the next gen, and I'm sure the price increase will be thousands, not hundreds. Edit: Not worth buying a new vehicle these days unless you can get an aggressive discount.
🤣🤣
2024 Ram 2500HD Heavy-Duty Tradesman 6.4L Hemi V8 8-Speed Automatic Crew Cab Long Bed 4X4!
“This unit is tiny” thats what she said 😒
Toyota/Lexus is looking better everyday! 😂😂😂
Everything is more money. It’s not just ram trucks.
You seemed out of your comfort zone on this video. Was it because it’s a simple work truck?
6th!!!!😎💪🇺🇸
5th
First
Do yourself a favor. Buy a 4th gen
Wow…disappointing
Don't buy a RAM HD because of made in Mexico GM or Ford for me.
Your take is full of misinformation, the heavy duties are assembled in Mexico. GM’s versions are being made in Canada, not Mexico
@@gaberohrbach7542 That doesn’t reflect the original comment though. You’re missing the whole damn point of the guy
Exactly, you just completely explained why it does make a difference. The GM HD trucks are assembled in CANADA, NOT Mexico like you stated
@@gaberohrbach7542 You really need to do some research before you say things like "Chevrolet 100% makes trucks in Mexico". Chevrolet has 4 truck plants in the US, only 1 in Mexico and 1 in Canada.
@@lpmoora Some GM HD's are assembled in Canada but the majority are assembled in Flint Michigan, USA.
@@gaberohrbach7542 GM only has two assembly plant locations for their HD trucks. Flint Michigan & Oshawa, Canada.
