Like someone already mentioned, they make a special bit to remove spot welds. If you are not going to save the floor underneath, then just drill them out with a bit a little bigger than the spot weld. Keep up the good work. Love to see it.

Drill those spot welds. You can use a spot weld cutter if you need to save either of the panels. If you don't need to save them just drill the weld out. Then air hammer if needed.
Best way i found out for me is a die grinder and a round carbide burr..

Doris, I must compliment your courage in tackling this project. Most would say, I can't do it; but not Doris. You quickly adopted what would have been my advice from your original plan; if its not rusted out, don't replace it. Most old metal is better formed and thicker that replacement metal.
Hi Doris, I don't know what videos you have been watching but you normally drill out the spot welds. Remember you still need to use those seat mounts. When you drill out the spots you just weld through the holes to the new floor. Good luck and keep up the great content.

Even though you’re doing a lot of these steps in restoration for the first time, your approach to each task has been phenomenal. Also, Harbor Freight is a godsend for getting the tools you need.
Nice job, when doing fab work, removing rusted sheet metal/panels rules are whatever it takes, and
whatever tools you are good with using. You are doing a great job, and it very hard work as well.
Doris, as you do that work, please use some sort of secondary safety stands under the vehicle just in case :D I give you credit for Doing that much work !!! :)

As they say Slow and steady,,It may be an idea to get a spot weld drill bit and just drill them out and then pry the parts apart

Apparently she hasn't seen videos about removing those spot welds. They make a special drill bit for those pesky spot welds and it's super fast.
I give mad props for your attempt. However trade the angle grinder for either a body saw or an inexpensive jigsaw. They're light weight and easy to handle😁. Also replace the sections with the size they sent, otherwise you'd be weakening the structure😁.
