Hi, yes I did the first one which was f2f in London but not with a surgeon just a rep who explained the procedure and answered my questions few years before and then when I decided I was going to do it the consultation was all done via WhatsApp and emails, where I sent pictures of my problem areas and what would be the donor area..

I had an initial interview in London, which unfortunately wasn't very professional. The person wasn't a doctor or had any medical knowledge of the procedure of afro hair and just wasn't me to book straight away.
My consultation I had in London was the same (wasn't a doctor or specialist) but the lady I spoke with was able to answer my questions and also gave me a leaflet - this consultation was about 2 years before I actually decided to do the procedure...don't ever feel pressured to do anything, get was much Information as possible and don't rush xx
Hi didn’t feel I needed to my hair is very thick and grows fairly quickly, I was already dealing with a lot so call it a comfort thing to much change was a bit much to handle. Hope that helps

Hi - thank you. No I didn't cut my hair, they shaved the front and the donor area only, also I have no scars.
