I went alone. It's not scary at all. The food is cheap so I brought $200 usd just to be sure. I didn't have to use it all. And I tipped well

The transfers from my hotel to the clinic were included in my package (I used a different clinic), so the only money I had to spend when I got there was on lunch & dinner which was fantastic. I just ate at my hotel & airport as I didn't really want to be walking around with my bandage and/or bald head after the wash at the clinic 😅

Thank you for sharing your journey, this video was really helpful for me as you all have encouraged me to start my own journey. I've needed a transplant for years as I suffer from traction alopecia. I am scheduled for my transplant with Longevita for April 2022, super excited! One concern I have is how am I going to wear my hair to work for the next year! I've been able to cover my balding areas with wigs and weaves but these are also the same styles that have contributed to my hair loss!! I see you're wearing your lace wig, is it glueless? What's the secret sis? Spill the tea! I would appreciate any advice you could provide. Please help your American sister! Lol!! Thanks!! xoxo
Good luck in your journey, you can wear a wig from 1 month after the transplant. I recommend wearing silk inside tote wig to avoid rubbing 💗
