    I'm autistic and without YOU and Epic I-II-Heat😉 I would be lost. I thank you from the bottom of my heart, Caroline.❤ The consistent, regular (essential for me!) and challenging training saved me from several meltdowns during the lockdown!

I used to workout with another fitness youtubers and I've never stick to their programs I keep on changing program to program. With you? I constantly do the workout! I asked myself why and this is the answer: your constant effort. Your so effort in helping us, in your video, and you keep on challenging us that's why we keep on doing it! I am so thankful to you since you are doing it all for free, you can actually make this a business but you didn't!       Matthew, good morning. Yesterday was a super session for our upper body but we re here. Stronger than today... A little sore but tomorrow we gonna talk about our legs😅😅 Caroline is really giving her self in each video she makes. Really felling blessed to have her in my life. We all are.     I can finally appreciate how Caroline works out everyday. When you're so toned and fit, these workouts, even though they are challenging don't cause intense fatigue and soreness like it did when we first started EPIC back in September. For me it's easier to recover and bounce back while steadily increasing my weights overtime. Thank you CG! This is an amazing feeling. 🌱

      So true, I used to feel so fatigued when we first started out and since I was not used to being this consistent. Now my body is getting used to working out 6*a week and not afraid of fueling my body too❤️it's an amazing journey we are on👌

    Did this workout this morning and I can now feel the effects of it - hamstring and glutes! As always, a challenging workout to push us. I am still struggling with Bulgarian lunges but have progressed a lot since I first started, thanks to Caroline and this community. Caroline always encourage us to do our best, as long as there is progress, that is what matters because it is you vs you! Thank you Caroline 💛💙

    This was another great one! It took me a few times to figure out the side lunge...how to hold the dumbbells, and how much weight to use. Thankfully it was the staple, so I could attempt different strategies... I ended up using 1 heavier dumbbell and holding up with both hands near my chest. When Caroline prompts us to practice a movement, you can believe there is a reason for it. Thank you for a Fabulous leg workout Caroline and hope everyone did Great!!!!😁💕

    You know it’s touch when your legs are already sore just after finishing the workout. I’m really proud that I did this in the first place since my chest and triceps were still sore. Hope everyone has a great workout!!!

    Epic Heat Day 7 completed! Heck yeah, I used slightly heavier weights today so I was thrilled! My poor buttocks was on fire during RDLs, hamstring holds and the burnout. Thank you Caroline for another amazing workout and good luck to everyone who is doing this with her!

    Epic HEAT is really E P I C loving the 30 min. sweat sessions. Depending on my schedule, I do the complementary add-ons too. Perfect workouts for a sweaty but not too long lasting session. JUST perfection for busy days! :)

    Amazing workout, and for anyone reading this: I know your legs are on fire afterwards, but a slow paced walk really helped me recover from the soreness and fatigue, instead of just sitting or lying down. So eager for tomorrow's workout!

    Thank you Caroline for another amazing work out. I stay away from lunges as I have arthritis in my knee - but I did the Bulgarian moves slow and no pain then tackled the lunges - all within my range of movement - I feel invincible thank you again. I urged you on at the last 10 seconds of sumo jumps - Go Go GO!!!. That's how real these workouts are for me!!

    This was the most intense leg workout I have ever done. I was close to bursting in tears 😅. Those hamstring marches are horror. Even after EPIC I I still dont manage to do them properly 🙈. Anyone who finished this: you are truly epic 🥳

    _Day 7.... lots to unpack. Love lateral lunges but not THAT much 🤣 lunge 'hops' and then static lunges....look easy. Erm nope. Much better effort than yesterday for me though. Now a little run and will try the add on. Week off so I have all day. Enjoy everyone._

    Ooh la la!! Phew that was some leg day workout!!
    Straight down to business no messing around - the first triset was Bulgarian lunges 🙈 so we get a good idea of what we’re in for during this workout! 🥴😆
    The pace of this one isn’t too fast though, more slow and controlled but my heart rate was high throughout! Another cracking workout - thank you Caroline!! 🔥❤️🔥

    this is the BEST lower body workout i have ever done! i really enjoyed the trisets and thought 30 seconds per exercise with 30 seconds rest was absolutely perfect! i did this with only 5lb weights (because it is all i have) and still got a consistent, phenomenal burn. thank you SO much caroline, your workouts are my absolute favorites. :)

      @@suheda4188 It's totally up to you, as for me I think Caroline's workout requires proper nutrition and hydration during the day and it'll be difficult to carry the workout while fasting and if we workout after iftar we might feel dizzy and throw up :/

      Be proud! Some days are tougher than others and it's easy to get disappointed, but you still did the workout. Bad days happen, I think it's important to put them in the perspective of the whole program. Sticking with it through bad days takes dedication!

    when i do lateral lunges for some reason i feel my back hurting even when i tighten my core...i have trouble feeling my legs. does anyone experience this or have advice?
