  • A quick blast in Suzie the Swift, purely to try and get the best 0-60. Lets just say its better than what Suzuki have said the 0-60 is! The car performance wise is bone stock besides a cold air intake.

    Great little car the ZC32s, I've had mine for 3 years and still enjoying it. Am tempted to get the ZC33s but they're pretty expensive right now. The ZC32 has bags of character and handles like a demon and when it gets over 4k it sounds decent too. The lack of torque at low rpm/high gears was a real issue for me at the start (and is a downside for everyday driving) but you soon get used to it and no issue dropping down a gear.

    • @wallsworkshop
      @wallsworkshop  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They are aren't they, I've had mine for two and a half now and I'm still enjoying it too. I love the sound of them over 4K especially with a good intake on it, I get what you mean about the lack of torque at low revs it's not great for daily driving I must say, other than that the ZC32S is spot on, it's never an issue dropping a gear or two in them!

    Hi! The best quarter mile i did with mine was 16.12 secs. The car was stock. Yesterday I installed a Simota intake and omg the sound is awesome with that. I also like going to trackdays with the car and its reliable so far .

      @@wallsworkshop Hi! The intake is a bmc cda style intake just cheaper. I did 7 track days with the car so far. I'm living in Hungary so there arent many big race tracks. I usually go to Hungaroring, Euroring and Kakucsring. On bigger tracks the brakes can fade early but on smaller and slower tracks its acceptable. It just came to my mind that i did a 0-100 kmh time measurement with dragy. It was 8,38 secs. And when i saw the graph the 0-60 mph was around 7.8 or 9 ish seconds. 60mph can be done in 2nd gear but for 100 kmh you have to change to 3rd if you are using the standard sized rims. The speedo shows about 5% more than the actual speed.

    • @wallsworkshop
      @wallsworkshop  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@rozsapeter4577 That's similar to me, there's no huge racetracks near me, at least I won't have to worry about the brakes fading! And that's interesting about the 0-100 kmh time, I had no idea that the difference between 0-60 and 0-100 would be like half a second, the change to 3rd is probably what takes up that time. I might get myself a dragy and recreate this video with accurate figures.

    I have two one in white one in boost blue. Admittedly the white one is my wife's but i still get to drive it. It's well documented the car is 0-60 in 7.5 to 7.8 seconds. In testing Suzuki changed to 3rd gear which of course meant a time of 8.7 seconds. But tbh if we're talking about everyday road driving, national limits, average speed cameras, the new forward facing digital cameras then you really don't need more power and the car is alot of fun as you say to drive. I moved from a Megane RS to my swift mainly as i only do a 3 mile commute to work however i love my Swift Sport very much. I got a Sprint booster on mine doesn't increase BHP but throttle response is epic. You should get one amazing bit of kit.

    • @wallsworkshop
      @wallsworkshop  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I thought Suzuki might have changed to third, it kills the 0-60 time. And yeah it doesn’t matter so much in a world with so many cameras etc, definitely enough power just to get around in as a daily and still have fun too. I bet the Megane RS was fun! And I’ve never heard of a sprint booster but I will definitely have a look into getting one for mine if it improves the throttle response that much, thanks for the info mate

      @@wallsworkshop feels like a different car to be honest , I came from your model to this one and I'd say it's a good half second quicker to 60.
      That being said i miss having no turbo lag and searching for that 7k redline.
      When you put your foot down it takes a half second to build boost pressure and then you get a big surge right across the rev range from 2.5-6k.
      I remember having to be at around 4k to get that surge in my old car.
      When driving normally it's alot more relaxing having power from so low down the rev range , crusing around at 40 in 6th gear is something you could do in the old car but out your foot down and there's nothing where as this does.
      Both great cars but a little different.
      Ps. Suzuki is known for underestimating 0-60 times , Most testers put your car at around 7.6-7.9 and the new one at 6.9-7.3
