    Recipe
    Bitter Yuzu Roll Cake
    [Ingredients] 4 servings
    3 eggs
    Sugar --- 70g
    Light flour --- 45g
    20g unsalted butter
    Milk --- 1 tablespoon
    1 teaspoon and 3 tablespoons yuzu tea

    A Fresh cream --- 200ml

    [Steps] (1) Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
    Separate the eggs into yolks and whites.
    2) Add half of the sugar (about 35g) to the egg yolks and mix well.
