I've been building gunpla for a long time it's so much fun
The only problem is the mobile suits that only have P-Bandai kits and older kits that are harder to get,like the Pale Rider and Methuss
And give more money to Bandai
@@spartanvenom5388 I generally wouldn't recommend those older kits anyway unless you really like the design. A lot of them like the Methuss are so old that they would have bigger gates, bad seams, etc.

So this is what gameplay looks like in a fps game that does not have broken kb/m input delay. It's hard to believe BANDAI NAMCO pulled out a fps game like this since Japanese dev's are just not known to really mess with the genre. But I am glad they did.
They'll dip their toes in any genre as long as it includes giant mecha or Kaiju. And I'm absolutely here for that.
I honestly adore watching people play this game and it makes me happy knowing that people are enjoying a gundam game on this level. I really hope that this game blows up and gets all the support and love that it deserves.
And hopefully it's successful so we get more Gundam games in general. I didn't know what Gundam was when I played Zeonic Front but that's what started it all for me. Hopefully this game introduces more people to an awesome series of shows and games.

yeah, love the fast-paced action of the game. Only knew about it because I’ve been a gundam fan before so it’s nice seeing people outside the gundam fanbase giving it praise.
I know that this is gonna be annoying but "gundam" refers to a specific type of robot that is usually piloted by the main character , a better term is "mobile suit" .

BTW The general term for the all the mechs is mobile suits. Only specific mobile suits are called Gundam (Barbatos, Turn A, Exia, etc). :P
I don't understand how a franchise like this has failed so hard in the West. It's serious tones are phenomenal and the stories are well told.
Because they botched launching the franchise in the west. They only started with Wing but failed to keep the audience attention as they grew up. I am all for a redemption story though if Sunrise would just remake the original Mobile Suit Gundam show with The Origin production values and market it to the west. The rest of the world deserves to understand why Gundam is awesome.

Gundam Wing was one of the first anime to ever experience success in the west which allowed adult swim/toonami to bring over more. It’s quite the opposite really.

I gotta say, this looks interesting. Its a fast pace shooter which looks kinda like Call Of Duty and Overwatch. Also, the various mechs you use are called mobile suits in the Gundam franchise. Gundams are a class of mobile suits.

I'm honestly in the same boat as you. If this game gets a competitive scene I'm going all in. The G-Maneuvers in this game feel so damn satisfying, especially when your playing a GM sniper and dash around a corner, instant headshotting a Barbotas. The fast pace action + easy map readability makes this game very engaging to play. And for a network test the game is decently polished. Great video!! Keep up the good work.

with my couple of days playing this game it was amazing especially playing with my sisters screaming at each others for the objectives it was very fun time and i cant wait for the console open beta and the full release

There's already the Turn A gundam in the game which is like within the top 5 most op gundams in the franchise, with its ability to literally revert the Earth back to the stone age, but in the game its actually just a decent and well rounded mobile suit but in the game the sazabi is more powerful than everything else and sazabi isn't even a gundam although it is based off the development of the moon gundam or the varguil in the show but thats besides the point, so far the non-gundams are more powerful than the actual gundams in the game
can u imagine they add stuff like the big zamp or the newe ziel for like a pvp but asimmetricxal gamemode were one is the boss and like 6 peapole have to defeat him in an amount of time or lives?

@@francybaltosky5488 I know Im pretty sure I mentioned the sazabi, also the fact that the sazabi is based off of the Varguil or moon gundam project, also everyone knows Char piloted the Sazabi since there's only two Sazabis in existence, the space variant used in Chars counterattack and the ground type Sazabi in the manga

As a gundam fan this is going to be my favorite fps I can feel it
The tracking got me excited.
My Main Gripe with Gundam Evolution are melees for ms who don't have one but are supposed to have one for example the Pale Rider has beam swords which is lore accurate and also ranged attacks for mainly melee suits for example Barbatos mainly uses it's mace but it also has a long smooth bore gun and katana and the Exia has it's GN Beam Rifle behind that sword, I would also like to see lore accurate upgrades like if you want to have more ranged attack or a hook you can implement them on the mobile suits that have such upgrades

Yeah, I've been having fun with the game. I think it's more forgiving than overwatch and more relaxing to do dps stuff but still exciting and skill oriented. The only thing that bugs me is that while I haven't kept up with the franchise in years I still would have liked to see more personality on the mechs related to the original characters or their pilots and some better sounds of the guns but it's good enough. The balance feels good aside a few cheap stun things that leads to quick deaths but there are many characters and abilities to get around it so I like it so far.
Definitely going to check it out… I mean, fast paced? High ttk? Tracking? That’s a game for me
im a huge gundam fan & a huge fps fan & i think this game is amazing but im a very biased opinion lol got a 16 kill streak with the zaku already, cant wait to get the red comet skin!

My buddies and I are all big gundam fans and had a great time playing it. The gameplay is solid and it runs well. I was paying methuss and it’s one of the most fun healers I’ve played in a game

another gundam game is coming to steam too its been on playstaton 4 and 5 gundam battle operation 2. has hundreds of suits its 3rd person up to 6v6 and you get to customize your suit

I love Asshimar and Barbatos
I think Methus is absolutely doodoo
His damage is ok but he is extremely squishy and his turret doesn't do much and his healing isn't much either.
Barbatos is extremely good but struggles with group encounters so I think it's kinda balanced. Exia I think is alright but it's just a worst barbatos as you can't dash while charging right click like Barbatos can.
GM sniper is also extremely busted as headshots one shot most characters and firerate is pretty high for a sniper class.
I give it a try for sure when its out or if there is another closed beta at some point? Maybe make a video again about it with some news and updates?

Perhaps it's just not having as many games. But I thought Barbatos was fine to deal with and played equally when dueling with other flanking characters (Exia and Zaku II). Although, on more linear maps, I do see Barbatos more than the other flank heroes, as he really has good utility with the pancake move, so there's that

3:40 Well you're not supposed to get close to Barbatos, he's a melee only gundam, its kinda the trade of not having range to have mobility, there are ranged gundam with three dashes, so if he didn't he'd just be an objectively bad hero especially with so many area denial and burst options other gundams have, the closer he gets is also a risk to him as well. Still super stoaked for this, hope it gets service and a competitive scene.

i really like the game as a long time gundam fan. just is annoying that some weapons are locked like the dom mobile suit you can't use its melee weapon.. the Dom was by far my favorite suit
It always fun to see people who aren't gundam fans talk abt gundam lol, All the character names are the names of the suits lol, not the pilots, Sazabi is the name of the Giant red mech, the pilots name being Char, so it would probs be incorrect to refer to any of the suits as he or she.
Not a complaint btw, I'm rly hoping this game does well and bring more people into this fantastic setting.
Mechs in the Gundam franchise are called *"Mobile Suits"*
The *"Gundams"* are the Mobile Suits that the Main Characters are piloting.
The Gundam designs are very distinctive RX-78 aka the *"Gundam"* is the grandpa of all Gundams.
Grandpa Gundam is the base of every GUNDAM that you see.
i feel that people who are fans of gundam in general are gonna start the PB and it will be strong

There was a MOBA brawler game that had launched 2 years ago which had make me had a tons of fun unlike any other that l had played
Unfortunately devs didn't get the effort enough as well the studio wasn't getting even a place for focus on him and updates just stopped been dropped less than a year
When launch on Xbox l definitely will try this, even though l kinda bored with fps, but still interested to give a shot, mainly because will be F2P
