    Just broke my planned 72hr fast yesterday….i wanted to break it @ 72, which was Wednesday, but when it came time to refeed, I was not hungry…went for another day, 96th hr came and still wasn’t hungry….finally the next day I decided that 115hrs was enough. 3hrs later I started my 2nd fast and am currently at 22hrs
    I’m not sure now long I’ll go this time but I plan to break it @ 72 at the very least again and if I don’t feel hungry then I’ll go for longer
    Currently 292lbs @ 5’7”

    I set out to do a 120 hour fast and almost made it. Only made it to 117 hours. Gonna take that as a win.....hit the timer and go again. Thank you Jerome! ❤

    I've been doing 2-5 day fasts per week, on day four of my second five day fast in two weeks currently weigh 396 down from 439 in nine weeks. Fell off a couple of times, got back on. Do it.

    92 KG overweight , going for a heart operation in a few hours, all caused by life style habits, bad eating , no exercise , feeling depressed , I pray that I can change, that I can live , that I can make a change in my life and in others. God Bless and Shalom

    This is EXACTLY what I needed to hear!
    I've been so obsessed with the idea that I have to be perfect that I've been unable to even start. Always a reason why the time isn't right.
    Now I've got a fasting app where I can hit the button whenever I need to.
    The result so far is three consecutive days of OMAD. The clock is running right now. Maybe tomorrow is the day I fast right through to the next day and so on. The pressure is off and it feels like a fun adventure.

    I agree with Jerome, Just hit the timer. I had a coaching session with him and he helped me to focus on consistency rather than beating myself up for not fasting the length I intended. I refuse to walk away from this Journey. 25 more pounds to my goal, imperfect consistency really makes sense because it allows us to face reality of our habits. Jerome thank you ❤

    Dude your right 100% I drink beer still that why I don't do diets I love beer and chocolate I love meals out but I do my fast next day and I find it's a detox because I drink alot of water the next day. I still have a bar of chocolate when I like I have a sweet tooth that won't stop.
    I don't know how I got to your channel but your real and don't try to sell us a silly program and protein powder or a diet bar please don't go down that root I love this channel. Your real and youv done amazing with you waight loss.

    Jerome blocking all the excuses like Baraka😂😂 I broke my 68 hr fast yesterday and am now back in my mid range weight goals at 136. I'm now 9 hrs into a 45 hr fast. This channel has really been a game changer!! Thanks Jeromey Rome!! ❤❤

    Now that I have my weight in an ideal range, I am dabbling with ADF (I was doing rolling 65s to get my weight down) so far so good! 😊

    Worked my way up to 48 hour fasts. I feel like I can go longer, but I suffer from low blood sugar at times, so I can't push it too quickly. Small increments will do it...

    Jerome, thank you so much for this message. All of my life i have had a weight problem. Whenever I start any kind of program I seem to get sidetracked with all good/all bad mentality. I'm going to take this advice and work on my perspective.

    I’ve been trying to do extended fasts but it seems like after I do 24hrs my stomach is always a mess & Im running to the bathroom right after I eat and break my fast. Any advice ???

    I don’t know how to deal with the hunger. The longest fast I’ve ever done was 27hrs and that was extremely hard for me. I feel weak that I can’t push further. Any advice how to push thru for long fasts if you feel insatiable the whole time? I drink lots of water.
