Whoever did the music for this trailer needs to have John Williams put in a good word for them up at Lucasfilm for the movies since he's done.
Its very good, but it's a mashup of John Williams' work with a a fuller orchestra rather than the more solo type renditions used in the films. It's not original composition.

@@Matli1804 in the original Battlefront 2 game you had way more freedom and you followed the story of a battle. It was easier to be heroes and it was easier to get into vehicles and just go. So yes it was better in a lot of ways. HELL the original BF2 game had other creatures coming after both sides while you're fighting eachother. The planet felt more alive than just a battleground. It had life that was fighting back against both armies. You could be a wampa as well. Sorry to rant, but the game was way better in my humble opinion. You can't do half of any of this stuff in the new BF2 game. They barely are getting CO OP together and currently you can only play a few maps from ONE era. I mean come on guys the original was better with friends. Don't deny it.
Tho I'm pretty sure you have to buy the Celebration Edition to get all this which is dumb..

Now it has been almost 6 months since the end of this game, watching this trailer became sad. I loved this game. It launched really bad but it became so good and I love it so much. But without new and fresh content and the dying playerbase on my servers it’s sad that I play this game only 1 time in a month. Still, I will never forget the hype around Geonosis, the broken state of Anakin, the excitement for Felucia and the beauty of this trailer. Thanks devs, for everything you did for this game
Yeah same here, it's been a great journey. I stopped playing this game in May, but now as I've had a little break I've started to come back to this game, and it's still so much fun to play. Hopefully the game and servers won't die too fast, because the next Battlefront game won't be coming any time soon.
@@joonar991 it won't be coming... ever. EA doesn't care about Battlefront anymore because it isn't considered "Financially Viable" anymore due to Licensing Costs and Battlefront 2's initial HUGE failure. The comeback simply wasn't enough to get EA to care about Battlefront, they have given up...

This is not a dlc
Nothing here costs money except for the skins which you can use credits that are also free to get.
HOWEVER, if you chose to buy the celebration edition you will unlock all the skins in the game except for the limited time ones. This is not required but it speeds up the process of grinding for credits.
I repeat, everything here is free to play but the celebration edition simply gets you all the skins without having to work for them
EDIT: people are arguing and I have to clear it up, this update is not a dlc but the celebration edition add on is

Thanoosh Amirthanathar No, I think its Gordy Haab. Everytime you pick a character or NEARLY everything you hear in the game is renditioned by Gordy Haab. Although he just makes different/shorter renditions from John William’ themes.

I love how they redid the exact same moves as the actors/characters did in the movies, Obi-Wan, Grievous, Dooku, Yoda. Plus the Crait shots were spot on.

Hard to believe a game that had this bad of a launch actually wound up being virtually everything we wanted from Battlefront II to begin with. I've played from day 1 and the game is easily 100x better. I'd strongly advise a new player considering buying this game to buy it, you won't regret it.

It’s kind of a shame. This game is the absolute best it’s ever been right now but because of its ugly past, many people still probably wont be willing to give it a second chance.

It’s been a great year so far with Battlefront let alone Star Wars in general!! Hopefully they finish off strong with The Rise of Skywalker!! 💪💪
It's too big of a download so most people I know can't be bothered taking the chance to see if it's improved
i gave it a second chance but it's extremely unfriendly to new players so i gave up after a week of getting non-stop stomped into the dirt by maxed out players sniping me from across the map. it's not fun if you're new at all

The last minute of this trailer is absolutely beautiful, from the shots of our heroes new and old and the FLAWLESS transition from Vader to Anakin and then the clone wars and then Obi Wan. This really goes to show how much this game has changed since launch. And also THAT MUSIC oh my gosh it gives me goosebumps every time. I can’t wait for the future of this game.
What has changed? 4 heroes and two maps 2 years after the game came out? There’s still no new guns like fans have been asking for since launch
@@davidappel2375 Using any blaster other than the standard issue for each class is just dumb anyway. Clones shouldn't be using weapons that weren't made for 30 years after the Clones.

@@davidappel2375 Well 6 heroes (8 if you count the 2 coming in January) and about 6-7 new maps have released. New weapons seems weird, why would a B1 Battle Droid be carrying a First Order rifle? I guess if they add new weapons that match each era would be okay
