So i tried this recipe out a it was pretty good and my family loved it but i felt like the Icing was lacked something so when i made it a second time i added "4oz/1/2 cup of Softened Cream Cheese" and what i assumed was half of the amount of milk needed for it (i think it was half i mostly eye balled it until i got the desired consistency needed) and it changed the flavor so much to the cookies i swear pumpkin and cream cheese is absolutely magical together.
Just made these this week! My kiddo loves pumpkin pie and thought she'd like these. They are cake-like soft. They freeze really nicely, and thaw quickly because they are tender.

Just search for "home made pumpkin puree". There are a ton of videos and its really simple. And you can use any sweet squash for this-not just pumpkin.
I grow sugar pumpkins, harvest them, seed them, cut in quarters and roast cut side down 30 minutes at 350*, then flip over and let rest in oven till fork is soft going thru. Then scrap meat out into food processor and process I don’t add anything to it and freeze in two cup ziplock bags. I do two pumpkins at a time and mix well after it’s all been puréed. Hope this helps.

I made these cookies i didn't have brown sugar so i added white sugar and a bit more butter they came out great! I tried making the drizzle on top but i sadly couldn't make it with the regular sugar 😂 it came out wity crystals still but all in all i love these cookies they tasted great and i left them without the drizzling in the end as they were sweet enough yummy thanks for this recipe u have a new subscriber! 🎉

I tried these out. They needed longer than 30 minutes to chill…I would say about 2 hours. Otherwise dough is too soft. Also needed longer than 11 minutes in oven…closer to 15 minutes. Otherwise great though! Soft and tasty!

My daughter just bought a little container I think it had eight sandwich cookies in it from Target with a very lightweight cream filling. I have removed these things from my dietary practices LOL but I do still bake. I saw they were 190 calories a piece so I cut one and half and decided to try it. WHAT A LETDOWN I'M TALKING TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. It was not rich in flavor it was lightweight and lacked everything. It seems like there was just a whiff of what should be there in full force for Autumn flavors. It was not satisfying, needless to say I can't wait to make your recipe!

Vodka sauce little thinner than the salsa is my pizza sauce. We never ever buy pasta sauce or salsa. Marsala ? Sooo yummy. I do check in, but only looking for new savory

The recipe turned out exactly how I was hoping. I needed to add an extra minute to the bake time but the cookies turned out moist and fluffy.
