I was actually afraid that she was going to legitimately injure herself at some point. I'm glad she didn't.

This is the most honest review of an amatueur cook Carla had on the channel. 8.5 still amazing Ellie
Carla was a lot more patient with Ellie than she has been with previous celebrities. Someone must have said something to her. She was damn near militant with Marlon, I don't think he enjoyed himself at all. Ellie is just precious and adorable too BTW.
Marlon came to the whole exercise with kind of a bad attitude from the start, and we don't know what was going on behind the scenes, but I haven't seen Carla be annoyed with literally any of the other celebs.
Most of them are pretty cute. I think it depends on the guest as well.
Desmond Brown I think that was her first guest and I was pretty disappointed with that episode. I think she learned immediately after that episode that she should be a little easy on them because they are back to back. I think she wanted to do something like the tv chefs do with the amateurs to try and shape them up.
I thought that it was because it was poaching an egg and you have to be quick about it...but yeah she was kinda militant😐
She, along with the Gordon and Bobby Flay ones, were militant because they were on a time limit and the challenge was to finish with an acceptable end product. Now that they're cooking at their own pace, it's much more relaxed and focused on quality. BA probably noticed the pacing was off and made that change for better, so props to them. 👍 Carla absolutely rocks it too
