I think it's great more factories should use less machine and hire more people. So more people have the opportunity to work. Lots of jobs are being replaced by machines these days 🙄

This man reminds me of my boss. I work as a luthier/guitar-tech in a very small music shop in Britanny, France, and my boss has the same kind of humor and respect for his employees. I love how he at times acknowledges that he's just some dude making butter, not an artisinal masterpiece making something nobody else can dream of. I’ve tried this butter when I stayed in Monaco for a while. Is excellent: creamy, salty on the right amount and flavorful. Not that expensive to my surprise! If you can, give it a try!
@@16dya as long as they wash and sanitize their hands, it's no different from wearing gloves. Also gloves doesn't mean good hygiene. Using gloves requires you discard them each time you touch something other than what you are working on, you can go through a hundred gloves a day easily

I’m just a home baker/cook & have to agree! I used French butter for my orange cranberry loaf today; it was twice as expensive as the off brand American butter I used last time but the result was so much better in terms of flavor but especially texture.

This summer I worked for a Frenchman like this who made wine. He spoke in the same passionate poetic way that would be ridiculous in any other language. But when he spoke it all seemed totally normal. We need more people like this. Especially in Holland where I live and where they treat food with the same passion they treat washing the dishes.

I love how he at times acknowledges that he's just some dude making butter, not an artisinal masterpiece making something nobody else can dream of. And at the same time, he is such a character, full of soul and passion, i can;t help but think that this butter must be the best. if not for taste, but for enjoyment.

I’m just a home baker/cook & have to agree! I used French butter for my orange cranberry loaf today; it was twice as expensive as the off brand American butter I used last time but the result was so much better in terms of flavor but especially texture.
