Tiffany trying to fold her scrambled eggs back into an omelette is like me trying to put my life together.
I think the pro chef was giving a really unclear instruction
@@rayawira In my opinion, it's really hard to describe it. Maybe if she gave a little more time to talk about the process before going straight in and cooking it it would've been a little better but they're only using voice. Plus they didn't want to take too much time because she said they wanted to only take 20 minutes so I don't blame Carla.
If you watch their other videos, she tends to give great instructions but I agree it was a little shaky for this video. Send love no hate please :)

@@rayawira Yeah I'd say this one is on Carla not Tiffany. She should've explained to have the eggs moving immediately - that 10-15 seconds is all it takes to turn French omelette into scrambled eggs. Ha ha.

@@hulane.7258 Probably because it's easy to slip or fall, floors get wet and kitchens are never carpeted, and when you do fall there are knives, hot stoves, boiling liquids or falling onto the broken glass of whatever you might drop. But this was obviously a staged set and just a one time think for filming. No one dresses like that in own at home kitchen XD

While Tiffany is quite the clumsy fool in the kitchen, she is an inspiring artiste when she is singing and she is an amazing legend when she is onstage with her group called Girls' Generation.
Why is she so unfamiliar with everything in the kitchen? Because she has spent almost the last one and a half decade in the recording studio, in the dance practice room, and onstage with her members performing and receiving accolades and awards for their music and entertainment contributions. It's only recently that she can find time to try out really new things in life.
It still doesn't take away the fact that she is trying her best and we fans love her all the more for it.

Yeah she should've described having an even layer of "set" eggs on the bottom of the pain, not scrambled eggs everywhere. lol. It is difficult though.
She should've said "drag the spatula from the outside of the pan to the middle in a figure 8 motion for about 15 seconds until you can see the egg is mostly set, but runny on the top layer"
Exactly. That part is where verbal instruction needs to be the most precise. She could have gone with, "stir the eggs by dragging the spatula back and forth, but make sure you're forming a single layer of eggs" or something like that.
