- Finally we have fully assembled boards🥲
had to jump a lots of rabbit holes to achive this, it's a long story, I picked a built battery module and test charge it, and it triggered the HV protection of the bms, I opened it and checked the welds and found out there was a cell missing welding point!! It scared the shit out of me, I started questioning: does every pack look like this?? With all the disappointment and frustrations, we started analyzing and came up with a test procedure that brings the board to a charge cycle of 20 minute, if there is a missing spot weld, there must be cell inbalance presented, tested 48 battery packs and never able to find another one that has the same issue they are fine as hell, It turned out this broken pack was the missing sample pack that sat on my desk the staff just grabbed it from my testbench😅😅! I picked ramdomly and I picked it out!! But it was very reassuring that all the boards have perfect soldering points and are perfectly balanced, It suddenly took a lot of my anxiety off, yes it took another day to do the testing of the already built battery box(had to take them apart again for LCM firmware upgrade and battery balance check) But I'm so relieved that they have all passed the test! And we are taking tomorrow off since it is international labors holiday, our staff said that we been working from 7am to 9pm for whole 20+ days without break, let's take one day off and relax a bit, I realized how long we have not taken any weekend off, so let em boys take a day off and get back to fulfill orders on 2th May. Tomorrow I should be able to assemble the rest 40 boards myself tho, If by the time I Finish The boards I can still hold a mouse and keyboard you should receive your final invoice mail🥳🥳🥳 - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต

@floatwheel Tony, It would be usefull to provide the torque values for all the fasteners. You are using blue loctite which is the best removable thread fastener available. In addition to being a thread fastener, it cures removing all oxygen which in turn prevents any fastener corrosion. I highly recommend using this on all fasteners and instruct all maintenance to replace using this product when reassembling. Great job sharing your product development engineering and manufacturing. It gives customers great confidence in your efforts to provide a reliable high quality product at a competitive price. You lead all manufacturers of any product with you honesty and hard work. Great videos. I wish you all the success you deserve and many longtime clients.

You should have put steel tabs on the bumpers that slot into the rail and screwed from the sides to fix in place to stop screws getting damaged

Do you have any estimate on how long shipping will be to US customers? I've seen some places online say Ocean Freight takes around a month where others say its closer to two
us is around one month, we have seen two in busy days(last year)

Damn, those boards indeed look premium - as you've promised! Maybe a little bit dumb question, but could you highlight some differences between those batteries: DG-01/DG-40/Molicel P42A/Lishen 2170LA? The obvious part is that they may have different capacity, but I'm curious about durability (over time), efficiency (does the board with different cells slightly differ in power? + how they behave when you're on low battery), safety (several electric scooters already had some issues where the cells could catch fire, I wonder if different batteries have higher risk for that or is it fully up to the software & the rest of hardware). Thanks in advance :)

He said the motor will ship separately but that it is super easy to install. It's just 4 bolts and you don't have to disassemble the board.

So between the adv and the pro, the website really only shows that the batteries are different and obviously the pro rails are adjustable height. Could you explain what else may be the difference in specs? Weight difference or anything?
basically the same thing other than different rail and battery packs, slightly different LCM firmware,but same hardware
The regular adv also has adjustable rails FYI. It just has 3 positions compared to the Pro's 5

Are we getting the bases for the drop top included? I was also curious about the regen, does it cut the board off if we are going down hill at 100% like FM boards?
it's VESC so it's fully configurable, by default it's not going to cutoff but give you pushback - but you can configure it to your liking. But the bottom line is that it's always a bad idea to go down a big hill on 100% charge. There's simply no good way to handle that situation on a vehicle that needs the motor/battery to brake

I have thought about this full charge going down hill situation, that's why I chose the SH367008X-AAC01 as our bms chip, it depletes the battery to 4.14V x20 after a full charge(passive balance) so you have a little head room for down hill regen, but it's highly recommend to not go down hills with a full charge. You should always burn some batt off before sending it down hill.
