  • Bifidobacteria are a group of beneficial bacteria that reside primarily in the intestines. They play a crucial role in maintaining a healthy gut and overall well-being and keep your immune system strong. I am hearing more and more that many people have diminished Bifidobacteria. If you don't have enough Bifidobacteria, your immune system struggles, and you can wind up with autoimmune diseases, food allergies, histamine problems, and more. Here are some of the things that bifidobacteria can do.

    Hello Donna you have a new subscriber, thank you for all the information you bring to us. I first found you 9 years ago when learning about kefir and I've been making it ect ever since. After an op I caught a bug in my wound whilst recovering and was on antibiotics for several months until they finally put me on a very strong one administered daily by a nurse intravenously and at last it killed the bug but left me quite ill. In prayer I asked for help and was led to a video all about kefir and its benefits signed GOD. Then I found you and learned how to make it ect. About a year ago I wasn't having my kefir daily and sometimes for days I didn't have it then my asthma returned, chest infections x two plus one other and again needed antibiotics. Well I have now learned about l reuteri and l gasseri and im fermenting them seperately and have some of each plus kefir daily and am once again getting better, it's been three weeks so far, IBS symptoms getting less, joint pain and asthma going too. Apologies for such a long comment but maybe will help someone to try these miracle probiotics for themselves and thank you again Donna. Bless you. 😃👍🏼👍🏼🇬🇧

    We regularly make water kefir. Does all water kefir have bifodo or only the one you sell, is yours specifically formulated?

      In other videos she says kefir feeds bifido but does not have bifido itself. Her yogurt culture called yogurt plus has bifido longum and is easy to use!!
