Love these cream pies. I want to start making them again. I have made a Lemon Meringue Pie for my Daddy when I was a teenager. I adored my sweet Daddy. I told him I was never leaving home so I could make him pies. Lol ❤ But I did, and 8 years later I went back home after being physically and emotionally abused for 8 years. Even my Judges and lawyers told me I stayed 8 years too long. By body just totally collapsed. May God stop all this domestic violence. Sorry for my stories. My Daddy was a preacher and I’m sorry for making my parents so worried. God is Love! Thank you so much for posting all these delicious recipes. God bless you and Chris and your girls! 🙏🏻❤
I'm sure some people think I'm just picky but I always remove those white pieces from my eggs. They have a name but I don't remember it. You make these pies seem so easy. They look delicious. I think we'll love them & I don't have to heat up the kitchen.😊
25:16 My dear mother used to make Lemon Meringue Pie (among other pies) and it’s still my favorite all these years later, thanks to her. She was a wonderful cook!❤️ 👩🍳
Yeah I just did the chocolate pudding. All came out beautiful in the microwave I just had to cook it one minute extra from now on this is how I'm doing my puddings love love the way came out❤
I love your videos thank you so very much for sharing! I will definitely be making some lemon 🍋 meringue pie, my grandma made it often for me.. I have to admit that I love watching you cook, making me feel that I can definitely do things that I enjoy 😉 And enjoy doing them! Blessings to you and your family. ❤😊
Love ❤️ love 💕 love 💗 ya Tammy just so you know iam baking as many of your pies and cakes this summer for my dad. He loves desserts I’ve always bought frozen pies. But ever since I met you I am going to learn how to do it your way. Lol 😆 he has always loved the old fashioned way to bake so what better than start with you. Iam going to start with Texas cola cake. He loves loves coke so I know he will love that. My dads health is not in the best so I need to do all this fast because life is short amen 🙏🏼.
You crack me up calling the yolks yellow. Don’t think I have ever heard that. Now I am south Georgia born and raised and folks around here are country. I did some rewinding to here you calling them yellows😀❤️
I have made your lemon meringue pie several times for my church and friends and it was always a big hit. Thank you so much for showing me how to do this.
Tammy, thank you, I did the Mother’s Day Shopping, and my goodness the One cup scoop is huge. I love everything I bought. Thank you again ( you make everything look so easy)❤❤
I use a small sieve to get the white things off of my egg whites. I cannot stand them in my pudding. I always use your method to do my puddings now, it works like a charm! I also tell people about this method too! Thanks for the yummy video!
Hello Friends, I’ve never made meringue pies my Aunt use to make the best in my family. She’s been gone for seven years and I’m hoping now I can carry her legacy on because of your kindness and help!
I like the fact that you do not temper the eggs, my Mom never did, nor did my grandmother or aunties. I did it once, and it was the only time I failed at making a pie. It’s just an added step that absolutely does not need to be used. I’m thinking about making a butterscotch, next to German Chocolate, it’s my favorite.
Could you link your pie crust video? I looked for it but didn’t find it. Lots of pie videos recently but don’t know which one might contain homemade crust demo.
About the pineapple pie: What about draining your pineapple first, then use the juice instead of water in the pudding mixture. I do this with pineapple upside down cakes and it really adds to the pineapple flavor. Also any directions if you want to use a graham cracker crust?
I usually cook everything on a baking sheet then I never worry about spills or drips on the bottom of the oven, and I don’t burn myself taking anything out, including meringue pies, the exception would be cake, and anything I’m cooking in a pot with handles.
What brand pie crust do you use? I've tried Pillsbury and great value. Did not like the taste because they tasted like can biscuits which I don't like. However I want the convenience of the kind you use
Does the cornstarch in the meringue help with soaking up extra egg white? I always tend to overcook my meringue because I'm afraid the whites won't cook enough.
Every one of them pies you made look so good I'm going to make a chocolate a lemon and a coconut I might try a pineapple and a pecan pie I love to make pies thank you so much for showing us I hope you have a very merry Christmas
How many quarts is that measuring cup you’re making that pudding in? I only see the 2 quart one in your Amazon store. I’ve got to make these pies. All of them. Love ya! ❤

That should work I have just never tried. There is a graham cracker crust on collardvalleycooks.com
If you would rather have cool whip how long would you put the pie in the oven for
Until the meringue browns it is usually about 20 min
@@CollardValleyCooks I don't care for meringue I would rather you cool whip
love your content

Any brand of refrigerated crust
Marie Callenders in the pie tin are the best frozen ones! Like a diner pie crust.
Beautiful meringue. T.y.
Ok ty

I believe it does
What about banana cream pie.?
Yum yum
Yummy
Now I cook my pudding in a double boiler, that's homemade
Can you please make a orange creamsicle pie
Hi Tammy, which of your cookbooks are the cream pies in? You make cooking look so easy. God bless you and your family.

Every one of them pies you made look so good I'm going to make a chocolate a lemon and a coconut I might try a pineapple and a pecan pie I love to make pies thank you so much for showing us I hope you have a very merry Christmas
Doing it on the stove is a whole lot easier you won't get them clumps because then you can keep continuous stirring it
Tammy, I know your pies are good
Oh yeah the pies are beautiful
❤❤❤❤
I’m nervous about the meringue though 😅
Tammy, are all 4 of these recipes in your cookbooks?
never mind i just went and checked and YES they are all there thank you so much . love your cookbooks
Yes they are!
What wattage is your microwave
1100
What are those white things?
Called chalazae, are structural parts of the egg white that protect and hold the yolk in place at the center of the egg.
@@malissashomeplates68 WOW! I thought for years it was something else!! I always pick them out of the eggs!

What's the best way to keep meringue from weeping
2 teaspoons of corn starch mixed into meringue along with the sugar & cream of tartar.
If I put the tid-bits of pineapple in the WIZZER, wouldn’t that make it like the crushed, . ?
Yes
