I’m someone who prefers to play games for 8 hours at a time (sometimes more) and I already have worn these for a whole month, but immense clamp pressure still hasn’t let up to the point where I can’t even wear them anymore.
@minimalisk i saw your video on the GK64 and i ended up buying the GK61, but the thing is that i can’t download the software for it on mac. Do you know how to or have a link with a step-by-step guide on that? Thank you
Hey you also did a video on the HD558/598 Vmoda mod back in 2016, I was hoping you would had compared that setup in more detail. The 558-vmoda has been my daily since 2017. Can you please elaborate how they compare, just more bass? Is this a worthy upgrade? Wish it was in the sound reference test you did.
Is the pc38x wire the mic and headphone seperate, because i have the amp on my desk where i would most likely plug my headphones into, but the port for my mic is behind my desk. so i need to make sure the wires are long and seperate or if they are together i need to make sure i can split them sending 1 to the far right of my desk to my amp and the other to the left of my desk where my pc is ?
38X is much cheaper... A couple of big audiophile channels said this is the best gaming headphones after the HD800s. Although there are better options for music and movies at the same price.
@@houssamalucad753 Thanks mate i actually bought them because of the exact things you mentioned. Oh and i've owned the HD800S with an HDVD800 so i know what they can do in gaming x) So that's very high praise indeed!

Darn, I have allways tought that low Z headphones are more demanding for amplifier, especially concerning about output impedance.

From what I hear these don’t scale much with added power. So same sound from whatever you plug it into.
if you are going to test how much the mic is going to pick up sound you should FACE THE KEYBOARD AND MOUSE and do it for a good 10 seconds. :D
Everyone uses discord now anyway, which has krisp. Those tests are basically obsolete at this point.

The test portion is pointless and feels like you used that to stretch your review to 10 minutes.
