Hi Puja, deep abdominal breathing should not be done after eating since the stomach is full and pushing the diaphragm against it will create additional pressure. Pose meals, you can sit in Vajrasana and breathe normally.
I like to have hot green tea with ginger. There are many recipes online. The ginger is so good for you and the hot tea aids in digestion. Green tea has been proven to help lose weight as well.
Hi Manisha, if you have back issues, avoid going into full forward bends. You can stay upright or do half forward bends. While this is a gentle enough practice, please practice as per your comfort - you should not be feel out of breath or sweating too much.
