Hi Bharti, I need little help here. Iam following this video of tour's. When I try to do Surya namaskar, going from pada hastasan to low lunge, I am not able to bring my leg between my arms because my thighs are fat. Kindly let me know if there are exercises that burn thigh fat, because this power yoga video is really nice and I really want to practice it. Iam totally new to Surya namaskar.
Great practice …., but plz slow it down a bit and allow us to hold for a few seconds …! U can make the practice a little longer but the warriors are too fast …! Thanx …

Hi Kavitha! Vinyasa here refers to a 3 sequence of asanans - knee chest chin - cobra - downward facing dog. It’s a repeating sequence between sets.

Hi Kiran, yes this is power yoga flow so it is slightly fast. You may want to try the 8 week get set yoga journey where we progress more slowly :)
