Now maybe I just REALLY enjoy teamfighting and skirmishing with Gwen in any game mode, but since Tanks and Bruisers are favoured by Arena players, Gwen fits in not only as a bruiser herself, but as a tank destroyer who can demolish them whether she builds AP or tanky. Her %damage and sustain is practically on all the time, and she's more than versatile enough to adapt builds and make great use out of Anvils.
Her downfalls come in the form of a lack of CC, that is to say she has literally no stuns and only a slow on R, and against higher DPS like Master Yi, she may lose the fight straight up and need to build and act accordingly. Her skillshots are dodgable and her main source of damage, and unfortunately, though Gwen's sustain isn't insignificant, the "good" levels of sustain you see in lategame Arena far surpass that, so she's unlikely to win any kind of "drain tank" war, and in fact I'd argue is countered by that very subclass.

Got to you by randomly searching for arena since i really ignited my love for Lol with it again. Playing for i dunno 14 years and was burnt out from ranked and aram, 3v3 is gone but the Arena hype is so cool :D. Would love to see a round where you utilize the draw your sword passive, i am really confused how good it is for most carries :D.
