While I'm a big fan of AD Twisted Fate and have been for like almost 12 years, when a huge AP item like Wooglet's is offered, my build path changes dramatically to adapt this playstyle.
Thanks to the kinda recent buffs to Twisted Fate's AD and crit ratios, AP and AD are both able to function both well on their own, but perhaps even better together?

I don't remember saying that but I don't remember what happened 5 seconds ago either.
The answer is: maybe, we tried to do it once just to meme as Yuumi but was out at 5th, didn't even know about the anvil easter egg or if it was even implemented on the original arena patch. I tried a few times on TF off stream and never got it even with like 18 anvils.
If it was guaranteed I'd probably go for it more often but it did end up a little frustrating with the RNG.

@@CryoBeat Honestly not sure what went wrong for you. I've always gotten it within 12 anvils. But yeah, even when you get it, it's still RNG reliant. 20% to 80% anvil stat boost is a night and day difference.
Big thing is the first item you should ever have is the free prismatic given at Round 3. If you buy anything, it's over.

The way moonflair works I belive is that it activates whenever you use an ability you get cooldown reduction by one second for every attack on all abilities for three seconds not too sure on the three second part but I am quite sure on the on hit part
