What are YOUR thoughts on the Xbox Series X in 2024 ?
It lacks the basic features that even the switch has figured out. LIKE GYRO. Literally basic features
It’s definitely a great experience with backwards compatibility which is why I bought it 😊
The only con in my opinion is the price. Yeah, it’s worth it but it’s pretty expensive
Definitely enjoying the backwards compatibility on my console, almost done with the original Cod MW2 campaign. Then the best exclusive for me is state of Decay 2 .
I bought one for $600 which included NBA 2k24 and it is the best console I’ve ever owned

I love my Xbox series S the fact that its fast and it has quick resume, back compat is the best to play og xbox/360 games.
The full backwards compatibility isn't true. Barely any titles work it isn't full library it is such a shame. I would love to be able to play any game on this but it is always the games you want to play are not supported.

Everybody loves batteries in controllers until it gets too old and you cannot fix it easy. 2 AA chargeable batteries solve the problem handsomely and it’s convenient as well. Otherwise with lithium batteries.., Now my 8 year old PS4 got problems retaining charge and I needed to buy a new one. A pack of rechargeable AA batteries cost 4 euros…
The reason i got a xbox was backwards compatibility. My ps5 is still the best for exclusives. Starfield let me down

Picked my series x up at Wal-Mart for $449 along with robocop and I've been having a blast it's a awesome console and i also own a ps5 as well

But can you tell me honestly, is it worth buying an Xbox series this late in June or July 2024? Is buying a series X worth it for game pass alone? do they add enough? Good games on game pass to make it worth buying Xbox series X? Is there a new powerful Xbox coming out where I should buy a series X?

I finally tried the Xbox series x out and I can confirm the backwards compatibility is so good if you like older cod games and older games in general, not to mention the quick resume you can have 4 games open at once plus you can gift ppl games/dlcs

It’s obvious this guy never owned a ps5 he really compared the newest Xbox to the ps4 honestly if you guys are considering buying one of them I would definitely say look into more peoples opinions who has both so they can tell you why one is better than the other for your taste.
because a couple of what he said the PlayStation has as well, not only that, but some things he said are cons as well not pros me having both I think both consoles are amazing I love them
the Xbox is not the only one with amazing graphics tho ps5 has it to one thing to consider is although red fall and star field has a few population of people who likes it specifically star field they’re not necessarily rated an amazing Xbox exclusive, especially red fall only having 2.3 rating meaning 4/10 so although they’re decent, they’re not amazing
in fact the biggest lie he said was that Xbox is doing amazing with exclusives and compared to ps5 that’s simply not true again there’s some good ones out there but Xbox has really been slacking on them with only having 59 exclusives that most are only decent like Starfield in some peoples opinions and PlayStation having 286
but I’m not trying to sound like a Sony fan cuz I’m not honestly game pass on Xbox is amazing 100x better than ps5 and that’s a fact and if you have older Xbox games being able to play the oldest game since the vary first Xbox is amazing and you should definitely get one if that’s the case , so it’s honestly up to whatever types of games that interest you the most is the console you should try investing in because performance wise there nearly identical, if not exactly. (Ps5 and play ps4 games btw)

I just got one today and was disappointed because there is something rattling inside read it up online if anyone had this issue and there are quite a few people that expirenced this. I am exchanging it tomorrow but what the heck..... also didn't realize the controller had batteries lmao.... I hadn't had to put batteries in a controller since I've had a ps2. LOL
I have the series s and I love it! I planned to upgrade to a series x when it was available but now I actually plan to get a pc instead. I’m going to keep my series s for gta 6 and any other console exclusives. Since I need a new iMac and a Xbox series x I decided I’d be better off getting a pc instead and going the hackintosh route to get the best of both worlds though it will be 1k plus for the build so depends on your needs.

@@RendonTech yes! That’s my goal I got to get an intel cpu and amd gpu I believe to make the build. So far I’m looking at an intel 13600k and a amd 6900xt then I got to figure out all the rest. It’s definitely more stressful trying to figure out gaming compatibility compared to getting a console and knowing everything will work out of the box at least 60fps no problem.

Forza series I am not interested in Star field or halo gears of war is fun but I am a gearhead first of all and not being able to play the older delisted forza games is the reason I sold my first console the Xbox series s and now i gotta turn $330 into $620 so i can get a series x before the online servers* for forza horizon 3 get shut down 😢

Except, you know, backwards compatibility to their previous systems’ libraries, a department Sony is lacking in with the PS5. And I own a PS5, I’ve owned all their systems.
Not all xbox games will go to playstation it'll probably be the ones that make sense like all the new studios Microsoft aquired that were on playstation also.
On the contrary. It has been revealed that PS exclusives are supposed to be playable on xbox eventually.

I have a pc and a series x. and there is a reason to buy one. I play my series x just as much I just like to sit back sometimes and play .
Considering xbox games are on windows it makes no sense. I can just hook it up to my tv and play that way. And i wont even need xbox live
I have a ps5 for my couch gameplay. I should have been a bit more clear in that regard couch gameplay is still fun. But xbox doesnt even have exclusives that are worth the price of the series X and xbox live. Series s makes sense for kids though considering the cheaper price..@@priiintplayzz6219
