Wow. What a fantastic place to visit. The volcano hike was well worth it, directional challenges notwithstanding 😅. A shame about the mist though. I’ll bet the view on a clear day is other-worldly.
Next time, bring an egg with you to the top of the mountain. Then burry it for 20 minutes or so. Careful, the ground is very hot as the heat from the eruption in 73 is still just beneath the ground and it's hot enough to cook the egg. It would solve that hunger issue too 😅
There are so many cool rock formations in Iceland. We don't know the name, but I'm sure it has one and it's something with a lot of Icelandic characters in it. :D

It really is awesome. Sometimes, that's just how it is.
Great video, as always! Thank you for sharing off the beaten path places.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Let's be careful out there! Icelanders have some really weird food: Hákarl (fermented shark) and Svið (lambs head split in half) etc.
What a wonderful place to visit!! I am jealouse of the cold weather though, we are unusually warm in South East Idaho!
We've spend much of the last 2 years in warm weather... we've found that we do miss the occasional snowstorm and cooler weather.

ha ha! That's a brilliant idea.
What is that cool rock formation at 16:48? Does it have a name?
